can't believe this game only costs 2,39€! truly magnificent. apparently they changed the price to 1,59€ glad i was able pay more since i want to support these wonderful creators!

I'm bad at platformers but I needed to prove that I'm a good waifu who will get that sauce.

At first, I saw this game on the store and thought, what kind of game is this? It looked like a meme, but something about the universe of Glazed Fields made me curious. I played as Waifu, and originally I thought her character to be one-dimensional. She does not utter a single word, only acting in response to the needs of Grill Guy. But as you traverse Glazed Fields you begin to realize. This isn't a game of catering to Grill Guy's needs. This is a story about Waifu. About the adventure she embarks on, the different scenery she gets to experience. There is a much greater world out there than Grill Guy and the average hot dogs and burgers that he grills. Not at all! This is a story of the growth of Waifu, the adversity she has to face, the obstacles she overcomes in this logic-defying world. I worked tirelessly to replay this game over and over again, optimizing my run and finding the hidden secrets to this world to find the BBQ sauce faster. It is a treasure box with a bottomless pit of learning and exploration. And when I finally reached the BBQ sauce in record time, it felt euphoric. It was a feeling I have never felt in any other game. Please, put yourself in the shoes of Waifu. It made me emotional. And I can assure you, once you see the floating hot dogs and platforms of putrid, dried BBQ sauce, you begin to realize how it all wraps into one storytelling masterpiece. It will make you pull your hair out. You will think it is pointless and stupid at times. But any worthwhile endeavor in life requires resilience through struggle.

Best BBQ waifu sim I've ever gosh darn laid eyes upon. The twist at the end is INSANE but I won't say anything more!!! 10/10 perfect game.

when i saw this game, i first thought that it was going to be another clickbait "anime waifu game" where the title exists to nothing but sucker me in, to ultimately end up with bad waifus and burnt BBQ glazed chicken. BUT BOY WAS I WRONG. To start the waifu in this game was nothing but a delightful sweet woman, who was trying SO HARD for her hubby (I think). She looked delectable, and i enjoyed every second of the 8 minutes of her jumping around on my screen, running through green plains, and the meaty mesa's i required to jump over, to discover what we really needed. THE MARINADE. The anime aspect of this game is brilliant! a perfect cross between western pixel art and the eastern anime design, it is truly a fantastic and one of a kind art style, which combined so many great parts of pre-existing Game mechanics and Graphic design seen in other parts of this community, all put together in perfect harmony, producing a perfect game. The music in this game must of been produced by the gaming community version of Ludwig van Beethoven, as this music is now permanently engraved in my brain, playing on repeat, i shall hear this driving, at work and on holiday for the rest of my life, as it is nothing but a perfect spectacular piece of composition, that really sets the mood of the game. the change of tone and pace through the different biomes within this game, really immerses you into this game and the life that this waifu really is living. Overall, i would highly suggest you purchasing this game, not only for the waifu, but also because of the simple but brilliant game mechanics that are revolutionary and ahead of its time, that deserve to be seen by the world. TLDR; nice waifu, great game buy it.

Super Anime Waifu BBQ Simulator ゲーム名から中身を想像するのが難しいが 内容としては妻を操作してバーベキューソースを取りに行くという ステージクリア型のアクションゲームである まずワイフ（wife）のスペルが違う もしかして自分が知らないというだけで Waifuという言葉があるのだろうかと思ったが 操作キャラがワイフだったので普通に間違えたものなのか もしくは何かしらの意味合いのある間違いなのか不明 穴があるのでジャンプして飛び越えるだけという 敵が出てこないマリオブラザーズのようなゲームである 自キャラの判定がガバガバなので 穴すれすれまで進んでも全然平気である というよりマリオの感覚で操作すると ジャンプの飛距離が足りずに落ちる箇所があり まともなゲームをプレイしていた人ほど こういうところで逆に引っかかる可能性がある ステージでいうところの8面構成くらいだろうか 極々短いステージで構成されているので ノーミスならば2分くらいで終わる 前述した穴の引っかかりで止まったとしても 3分くらいで終わると思います タイトル画面の手書き感から ゲーム画面の簡略化されたワイフの手抜き感 出てくる文字とかも雑な手書きっぽくて ものすごい手作り感が溢れている作品だと思い 小学生ががんばって作った学級新聞みたいな 独特のかわいさを感じました フリーソフトではなく割引が掛かった41円という低価格も それに拍車を掛けていたように感じます ゲームとしては特に面白い要素はありません
