About
Sunday School is a short psychological horror inspired by surreal titles like The Exit 8 an P.T. Step into a distorted world born from children’s drawings.
In 30–60+ minutes of tense, immersive gameplay, you’ll descend through haunting visions that blur the line between innocence and nightmare.
You are trapped in a child’s mind, where trauma takes the form of a looping Sunday School corridor, you must distinguish normal rooms from those tainted by disturbing anomalies. Only by choosing correctly you can break the loop.
Choose wrong exit from the room, and the cycle begins again.
Pay close attention to the signs guiding your way, and descend through all eight floors to uncover the unsettling truth that waits below.
The story doesn't end with just one playthrough.
Replay the game to find all the anomalies.
Each anomaly is a key that brings you closer to the truth.
There are three main endings.

Reviews
Although this is a free-to-play game, that doesn't stop me from giving it a negative review. There are many reasons for this. First, the game only allows you to proceed to the next floor after you have confirmed that the current floor has no anomalies. If you find any anomaly and turn back, you will simply remain stuck on the same floor. I have no idea why the developers used such a terrible design—it's an immense waste of the player's time. This is especially frustrating on the final floor, where there are too many anomalies, forcing you to constantly backtrack. It feels like a deliberate attempt to trap the player there. This kind of design is what I would call downright malicious! Furthermore, the character's movement speed is far too slow. Many other games allow you to hold the Shift key to sprint or move faster. Why can't your game have this basic feature? For a game with this level of quality, even if it's free, I won't hesitate to give it a negative review!
I'd love to actually do a proper review here, but as it stands, I can't play the game for more than a few minutes before it blackscreens on me. I'm not the only person who has had this problem. It has the obligatory "start the game for the first time" achievement, too. A permanent incomplete game for me as far as achievements go. Lovely. It kind of sucks to not be able to do a review here, because I absolutely love the idea of the dev using his daughter's drawings for the in-game art. It is totally reasonable to expect you to NOT have the same issue as me, so for free, check this one out. Fingers crossed for you.
