Adobe is sucks
フィルターが他のアイランドに鑑賞したり、3Dペイントと2Dペイントでペンの設定を変えないといけなかったり、とにかく最悪。他に適切なソフトがないことに胡座をかいている大馬鹿者

The King of Texturing, But the Steam Version Has Its Caveats Rating: Recommended If you are into 3D modeling for games (gamedev), web, or cinematics, Substance 3D Painter is the industry standard with virtually no viable alternatives. The 2024 version brings several long-awaited improvements, though Adobe's overall distribution model via Steam leaves a slight aftertaste of corporate pragmatism. 🟢 Pros and What's New in 2024: Perpetual License: This is the main reason people buy Painter on Steam. You pay once, and the software is yours forever. No monthly "tributes" to Adobe Creative Cloud. You get free updates until the end of 2024, after which your version is simply "frozen" in its current state. Tight Integration with Modern Engines: Exporting textures for Unity (even specific pipelines like URP/HDRP), Unreal Engine, or Blender is set up in just two clicks. Maps bake correctly, and PBR material presets work flawlessly. Improved Geometry and UV Workflow: UDIM handling has become even more stable. New masking tools and Path Tracing integration for quick viewport previews save a ton of time during final asset polishing. Baking Speed: The baking algorithms for maps (Normal, Ambient Occlusion, Curvature) in Painter remain some of the fastest and cleanest on the market. 🔴 Cons and Pitfalls: No Access to Adobe Cloud Services: The Steam version does not include access to the Substance 3D Assets platform (formerly Source). This means you won't be able to download ready-made smart materials from the official cloud without a Creative Cloud subscription. You'll have to build your own library or rely on third-party resources. Optimization Issues on Heavy Projects: If you work with 4K/8K textures on a complex mesh with tons of layers, Painter can significantly tank performance and demand a massive amount of VRAM. Pricing Policy for Regional Markets: Adobe has completely scrapped fair regional pricing. The license is quite expensive, and buying a new version every year just for a few minor features is a questionable investment. For most artists, a version from a year or two ago will do just fine. 💡 Verdict: For solo developers, indie studios, and 3D Generalists, this is an absolute must-have. If you create game assets, optimize low-poly models, or hand-paint stylized textures from scratch, Substance Painter will easily justify every single dollar spent. If you already own the 2023 version and don't desperately need the latest minor features, you can wait for a sale. However, if you are just entering the industry and want commercial software without a monthly subscription, go for it—there is currently no better tool on the market.
Substance is great tool
I truly love it very much. I'm still learning but wow, I am so addicted to this stand alone software for Second LIfe. I highly recomend this!
Çok pahalı,öğrenci aboneliği var ama 1 senelik. Aynı zamanda en çok kullanılan uygulamalardan biri.Ömür boyu alın.
even with a 4090 and 64 gig of ram, this software crashes regularly. Importing models causes it to crash, changing brush can cause a crash. Have submitted tons of bugs and never seen any of them fixed or mentioned in patch notes. It's adobe so it's somehow best in class and the worst at the same time.
