I bought a used Valve Index from a Rummage Sale and have been trying to get it to work for over a month. At first, no audio came out from the built-in headphone. I contacted Steam Support, but they asked for a second opinion on a different system. No one else I know has a PC with a display port to test it out. I solved finally that with the help of my grandfather, now no audio comes out of my PC speakers and I can't find out how to change it back. I've tried changing the source, and still nothing works. Also, games randomly quit and starts loading indefinitely, as well as the environment start flashing gray. The overall experience has left me unhappy, dissatisfied, unable to hear anything coming from my PC and missing 21 assignments on my online school. 2/10
