UPDATE TO HOT HEADED ANGRY DEV RESPONSE (APRIL 15, 2024): I just can't make this stuff up. The developers who upload the most garbage & vile trash on Steam continue to somehow be the most proud of their maggot infested piles of fecal matter: https://youtu.be/335QLG4Zpow ..It's also worth stating that instead of actually fixing his broken game, because of my review.. this "developer" seems to have instead just GAVE UP and reduced his price from $10 USD to just $2 USD. ..With that, don't expect any updates that deliver any substantial changes or fixes to the game. I say that because as I've already stated in my videos, this "dev" doesn't know "how" to make a proper bug-free game. It's pretty obvious now that all he knows how to do is cobble together asset trash catastrophes and use alternate accounts to throw death threats and personal attacks at valid criticism. ---------------------------------------------------------------- ORIGINAL UN-EDITED REVIEW (APRIL 14, 2024): Okay people.. I've now reviewed 1,242 games on Steam. And I've played some absolutely horrid games and games that were complete failures like "The Day Before". I've probably played 75 or more quickly developed GameGuru asset flip disasters. ...But at least most of the worst games I've ever played functioned to some minimum level. Until now. I HONESTLY BELIEVE THIS JUST MIGHT BE THE WORST PILE OF TRASH THAT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED ON STEAM!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGazRz3Wlak Let's be real here.. To the "developer" on this... Why!??! ..Just Why? And to anyone who knows this "developer"... Why would you allow this person to humiliate their self to this depth?? ..I could go on, but imagine in your mind someone doing the most personal humiliating act in public that you can possibly imagine and launching this game is right there with that. Why would you allow someone that you care for or perhaps even love to do "this" to themselves? And to Steam... if there has ever been a single good reason to finally start implementing some minimum level of quality control, this game right here should be that reason. I'm not even kidding people. Playing this game today actually almost made me want to cry. It's THAT bad. I just don't get it, I really don't. I've written some harsh reviews on Steam over my years, but this is an all new level. I feel nothing but DESPAIR after playing what I just witnessed. Now normally a game THIS bad I might understand someone wanting to buy it and play it for themselves just to witness its awfulness. But not this, oh not this. After turning the camera sensitivity setting the bare minimum, moving your mouse even half an inch left or right will send your camera whip-lashing 100 mph in either direction. Turning down the audio settings to 20% and finally finding the alien assets to fight will still nearly blow your ear drums out if you aren't careful. There just isn't anything good or promising about this that might give a person even a grain of hope. I fear that anyone else playing this might feel the same kinda despair and sadness that I felt while testing it. This certainly isn't a "survival" game or the "MMO" Steam somehow allowed this "developer" to call it here on the Steam page. This best fitting genre for this title is easily "depressive". Yep, you heard it here first people... I just came up with a whole new genre of indie games. "Depressive". Hopefully we don't see any more this damn bad. Sheesh. NOT RECOMMENDED. $10 to feel mass despair and almost depression just playing it for 20 minutes. Big OOF.
