Nothing is required of you; simply enjoy the singing of birds and the sound of the wind. You can comfortably lounge on the warm sand of a sunny beach or deep beneath the sea, or in other rather strange and even illogical places. Become the best starfish you can be.
In terms of gameplay, this is a meditative game about contemplating a starfish against a backdrop of beautiful landscapes. From the menu, you can choose one of the starfish, as well as the location that suits you best: a tropical beach, a desert, the ocean floor, space, or a futuristic city street.

Davvero affascinante, in un mondo in cui nell'industria videoludica si ha la ricerca del dinamismo costante e delle scariche di dopamina "Starfish Simulator" offre una esperienza statica che nonostante l'immobilismo devia dalla solita noia dell'uniformità dell'industria odierna e dagli standard imposti. La stella in sé rappresenta l'utente che immobile sta ad osservare l'avanzare del mondo che tende a non abbandonare la propria situazione agiata nel rischio di non poterci tornare, inserendosi totalmente in una prospettiva Verghiana del mondo. Da notare la diversità degli scenari forniti al consumatore tra luoghi conosciuti e familiari, come il focolare casalingo, a scenari onirici e ignoti come il vasto universo e il profondo abisso marino. Concluderei la mia recensione offrendo gratitudine allo sviluppatore ed editore "Pine Games" che ci ha fornito questa ottima esperienza.
