I'm currently doing a challenge to play through a free game in every single category on steam. I then give an honest review using ChatGPT.
Game: 126 / 447 Category: Jump Scare "Jump Scare? More Like Jump to a Door" This game is labeled as "Jump Scare," but let’s be real—there are no jump scares here. Instead, what you’re getting is a meme game in the form of a single-level, low-effort Mario knockoff. You play as "Spider Guy," jumping on poorly doodled cheese enemies, collecting coins, and eventually reaching... a door. That’s the whole game. The artwork looks like someone scribbled it as a joke, the sound design is so bland it’s almost impressive, and the fact that it’s a single level might actually be the game’s saving grace. Unless the door at the end leads to a better game, don’t waste your time. If you’re here for a laugh at how absurdly bad it is, sure, dive in. But if you genuinely want a jump scare, the only shock you’ll get is wondering how this even exists.
