Great Game with one Exception Love this game Exept the upper right that triggers the message about bonuses. Too easy to trigger & for no reason. That screen popping up is very irritating.

Long time user There are many, many versions of solitaire available for iPhone and I’m not sure if any of them are better than this one because I’ve never tried any other ones. I’m not even sure why I picked this one, it was a long time ago and it probably was first one in line at the App Store. I’ve been happy with it and had no problems. I always play the daily challenge then all random deals because I’m not tryna game the system. If I lose, I lose, it doesn’t hurt my feelings. I play a bunch of rounds every night along with various word games, puzzles and Tetris just to keep my mind sharp. I can pick card faces etc. and I have no problem with what’s available. I’m staying loyal to this game.

I LOVE this game!. I love how the cards move with one touch, the sound effects and I especially love the fanfare of trumpets when I win. I’m not sure what the puffs of dusty gray are, but I can live with them. I also love that I can use my favorite photo as a background!

What’s going on? Edited: 12/14/24 As I stated previously, I have had this app for many years. I am not happy with updates as of late. I have never tried the winning game option for solitaire. I feel like I’m a decent enough player that I don’t need that. Unfortunately, something has been up with the game lately. I don’t know if it’s an update or what But it is not right. It’s like the game has a pre-plan stacked deck. I may win two out of 10 games now when not too long ago it was just the opposite. Just in the last week it seems that every time I get a card from the deck it just goes straight to the home. I can’t recall ever having so many duplicate reds or duplicate blacks to choose from at the same time for an option. Meaning I need that seven of spade, but I Also have a seven of clubs. Maybe I’ll have a nine of hearts or a nine of diamonds. Things like that just don’t happen. Now it happens all the time and I’m not even winning and I still haven’t chosen to use the winning game button so to speak . What is going on with the game? Part of me wants to delete it and reinstall it, but I don’t want to have to pay again to not have ads. I have a similar issue to this as I have told you previously when there is no Wi-Fi. It’s very strange indeed. Whatever this is please fix it or I’m just gonna have to stop playing. It’s just not fun like this. I mean yeah it’s nice to have a challenge but give me a break! I honestly can’t believe so many people use the option to have winning games. I don’t need it, but if it’s stuck like this, I’m gonna have to do it, but it doesn’t feel honorable . It doesn’t feel like I’m actually winning. It feels like I’m cheating if I have to use that. I have integrity. I have had this app for many years. I have tried others, but I prefer this one. It was always challenging and fun. I never won every challenge, but I did win quite a bit. After a couple years, I even paid the fee to have no ads. I noticed sometimes when there wasn’t any Wi-Fi, I would get games that was impossible to win. I would play them several hands and they still couldn’t be beat. I feel like this is something that the game did when you have ads. Because you can’t have ads without Wi-Fi. all in all it was a good game to play all the time to pass the time to keep my mind sharp. I had Wi-Fi signal more times than not. Unfortunately, in the last few days for some reason, I am getting games that cannot be beat. No matter what time after time games that cannot be beat. What’s going on? I mean, I love it challenge but seriously…

New version not an improvement Update: This game just keeps getting worse. Now randomly the cards won’t advance when you tap the deck, then when tapped again it will advance twice. Also played the daily challenge this morning as I do every day, and tonight I noticed it said the daily challenge hadn’t been successfully played. I’ve played this game for a long time now and loved, loved it. Recently they made some changes, most of which I dislike. A few things have been addressed such as being able to hide the card spots which was removed but now is back. Or changing the way you could choose a winning deal every hand went from the settings menu to having to select this button when you started a new game but which is now back in settings. Somethings are still issues: 1. Splash (loading) screen that is displayed while game is loading is too long. That wouldn’t be so bad if it was only when I started the app, but now I get this screen even when I’m playing a game and have to switch to another app and come back - loading screen again. Every time. 2. Now they’ve added this level thing. I couldn’t care less what “level” I’m on. A notification pops up after every single game and it’s annoying. There’s no way to turn that off in settings. Maybe some people like this and that’s fine, but give those who don’t the option of turning off the notification. 3. Randomly, the game will start running slow and I can literally see the cards moving across my screen. The next game will be fine. Never had this issue until the latest release. 4. Also randomly, I start a new game and all the graphics except for the top row of cards disappear. I know the game is running because I can tap where the deck should be and can tell when a card is getting played. I can hit reshuffle and all the cards are back. Also never an issue until the new release. 5. It’s impossible to now see the final stats on a game which now appear only when the status bar is hidden ( also don’t like that feature) unless I press close and make the status bar disappear. Then I can see how many moves and length of the game before starting a new game. They did add the option of turning off the winning graphics which was great. This is my absolute favorite game and I hope they will continue to read the feedback and improve.

Malware ads This apps ads tried to download malware. When the ad freezes your phone it’s downloading so shut down.

No Ads!!! Whew! Got a few days to get used to the graphics but now it’s ok. I don’t like that the 100% winnable is much harder than Microsoft solitaire. I have enough stress in my life. I want easier wins. These might be 100% winnable but I only get them about 2/3 of the time. :/
