Reviews
This game features AI art and the storyline lacks depth. I played through Charlie's route and in certain CG's or scenes he would look like a completely different character.
Snowfall Symphony is trash, and the developers should be paying you to play it. The game starts with you reincarnating, which is pointless as it's never brought up ever again. You go to a bar and you encounter some guy called Charlie, then you're given the illusion of free choice, you go to a theatre with him and he sells you. You wake up in a cell, which you easily escape by just running. You meet Charlie and he tells you that you're an special kind of youngling vampire who have very tasty blood and white hair. Yup, nothing else. You meet up 3 teams, I just stayed with Charlie. You dye your hair which for some reason wasn't common sense and they praise you for it. Prince tries to capture you, which is a failed attempt, you go with Charlie to the theatre again and Prince leaves Charlie in critical condition, then a Charlie's henchman kills Prince, you save Charlie with your blood and for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason he decides to set you up with Nathan just to see if he can trust you EVEN THOUGHT YOU SAVED HIM. After a while you kill the man that Charlie sold you to and you go on to ♥♥♥♥ with Charlie. Your mother wants to kill Charlie so you kill her instead and you live happily ever after. Pros: -The music, it's decent. Cons: -Garbage plot -Garbage characters -AI generated art that hasn't even been corrected properly If the story was good, I wouldn't have minded the usage of AI, but man this is garbage, even a Wattpad 13 year old girl could do better. AI art needs to die. Inconsistent generic AI goofery aside let's talk story: Now about the game. The narrative is pretty mediocre but on par with most otome games, i found myself skipping entire slaps of nothing dialogue pretty often. Hans is -not- a good love interest and his entire route made me incredibly uncomfortable, god bless Dan the regular man Mother is also extremely dissapointing. You're telling me the 1000 ancient super vampire dies if you stab it with a knife twice? Wild. It is free! So we got that going, so if AI doesn't make you gag then you might even enjoy it
Not feeling the AI backgrounds. I just feel like it would have been quite easy to find free-to-use backgrounds for the generic locations. The writing is pretty much what you'd expect from a free visual novel.
The game was pretty enjoyable, and I liked how there were plenty of choices leading to different endings. I went through Hans' route, and the music was nice, fitting the scenes well. That said, the character designs felt a bit too similar. Everyone looked a bit too perfect and lacked variety, which made the cast feel less distinct. Still, it’s worth a play if you like narrative-driven games.
Хорошая новелла. Проработанная. Прекрасно нарисованная. Но в ней практически нет романтики, что печально. Это могло бы стать дополнительной причиной открыть все возможные концовки.
This free visual novel captured my attention quickly through the vampire theme and its impressive character artwork - I was keen to see how the story would develop, as I am quite a fan of supernatural/fantasy stories. In my opinion, the artwork continued to improve in leaps and bounds (perhaps more than one would expect for a free VN) whereby the story unfolded well via a number of routes. The "Crustallus vampire" is an excellent and as far as I know, very original concept - this was pursued well and elaborated throughout the story, depending on the route the reader followed. The only shortcoming of the story, IMHO, was that it lacked depth - I would have loved to read more about the Crustallus vampire, learn more about each character in the story and indeed learn more about the protagonist (or "myself" via the characters). The graphics or artwork, once again, is no less than superb - the UI (Ren'Py?) is excellent - and the music is quite good as well. In summary, as a free VN and great vampire yarn, don't miss it!
Kaderinizi şekillendiren romantizmin ve acımasız kararların, birden fazla benzersiz sonla sonuçlandığı karanlık bir vampir dünyasında geçen büyüleyici bir görsel romana dalın.
Snowfall Symphony is a beautifully crafted visual novel that feels like reading a winter fairytale. The story is emotional and immersive, filled with moments of warmth, melancholy, and hope that unfold naturally as you progress. The world-building is rich and magical, making Crustallus feel alive and full of wonder, while the characters are written with depth and sincerity. The art and music complement the narrative perfectly, soft visuals and a serene soundtrack create a truly enchanting atmosphere. While the pacing can feel a little slow in some chapters, the emotional payoff and heartfelt storytelling make the journey well worth it. It’s a touching and memorable experience that lingers long after the final scene. ❄️✨
