if you are NOT sober right now, you should play this game immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the most ambitious free game on steam. but there are several glitches. one when you boot up the game you need to select the bottom save file. im not sure if I wasnt paying attention on my first load of the game but the top save file doesn't do the parachuting segment. 2 you must parachute into the chasm next to the cat statute if you don't youll get stuck in a sequence where you are moving on a snow covered mountain and can't get to the chasm where the main levels are. another weird thing is some levels like family farm don't have an exit but you can go back to the beginning of the level to get your items and save your progress you can do this for any level. country cat does have an exit but I couldnt find any keys or gold bars. country cat is an insane level. I don't know how to light the dynamite. simbas growl e key doesnt work. maybe luring the dogs into the dynamite can work. I ending up dodging all the dogs. the dogs don't follow you there on a fixed path but even doing all that making it to the left path where the gold and key supposedly are is impossible. I geniuely believe all the levels are there but you need to be clairevoyant to beat them. that being said I had fun with all the levels I played. the only thing I can say is when switching characters why would I want to play as a stupid human. Realmente creo que todos los niveles están ahí, pero es muy difícil. edit the game is good I didn't realize you could edit the graphics settings Im on an amd 7320u so it was absolutely necessary to edit the graphics options although most modern pcs can run everything at epic. I definetly had to turn the settings down. country cat is fun to explore that being said it is the hardest level in the game and its the second level. the developer needs to learn to pace themselves. el segundo nivel es mas dificil. es mas dificl que cada nivel en el juego.
could not understand what to do?

"SIMBA THE CAT" is a low key asset flip, a bunch of other people's assets assembled badly to make a basic game, typically this kind of thing is done by amateur developers without sufficient budget, talent and/or staff to do the job of game development professionally. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. In this case I think the cat asset probably isn't flipped, it's based on the developers lost pet, which is sad, but we're here to review this video game as a video game rather than as a memorial. Like all asset flips this is hacked together badly, plays badly, and just isn't any fun at all... just a bit of running around, platformer stuff and other activities that are aimless and unenjoyable. So, the game might look better than you'd expect from an amateur project, but this is because it's partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Very little in this game is truly the creation of the "developer", it's just a bunch of rearranged assets. While there's no up front price for this asset flip, the other problem with asset flips is that when developers aren't capable of doing their job and creating high quality assets, it's also true they can't do any of the rest of the job of a game developer either. That's definitely true for "SIMBA THE CAT". This looks a lot like it was designed for consoles, but released on Steam instead by mistake. While this is on PC, it has all the hallmarks and deficiencies of a console game, from the clunkier than needed control scheme to the less than cutting edge graphics. There's 10's of thousands of PC games on Steam, and PC gamers deserve only the best. This might not appeal to many gamers due to the lack of PC-centric design. It's unclear why this never made it to the video game console appliances it seems to have been designed for. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $6 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 7 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Since free games don't contribute to your game collector badge and other profile stuff, is this a worthwhile addition to your Steam library? I think you should give this one a miss. Although it's free, your time and storage are valuable resources, and the market is filled with superior options.
I can't get over SIMBA walking on two legs, and I don't think I ever will.
