Before I played Shootball Arena, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
this game is great for what it is. I played against a player called AustinWg4799 and he had a few weaknesses: Aim, movement, strategy, item usage, item location, scoring, goalie, and overall use of his mouse and keyboard. Great Game!

"Shootball Arena" is a failed and abandoned attempt at making PvP arena sports game with a focus on really janky physics bouncing a ball around the place. The developers gave up on this almost as fast as the players did... it hasn't been updated in over 2 and a half years. To add insult to injury, and a slap in the face to anyone who actually paid for this, the developer made the game "free" after taking all the money they got and heading for the hills... no refunds were given to any backers scammed by this Early Access project. It's incomplete. There are no players. It cannot be meaningfully "played". This is a dead game. Developers must learn that PvP is not a substitute for doing the job of a game developer and creating content. Failing to understand this means certain failure... a product with no value to you, the gamer. This has some really mediocre looking graphics that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarly visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. It's free... now, but it wasn't before. The developer was charging $4 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It's a nice gesture for the game to be given away for free, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 6 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
Good and fun with loads of potential
