About
Shelves And Sorcery is a relaxing fantasy organization game about turning absolute chaos back into order.
Weapons, potions, spellbooks, fruits, vegetables, magical curiosities, and thousands of other items have been scattered throughout three fantasy shops. Pick everything up, find where it belongs, and slowly watch each shop return to the way it was meant to be.
Take your time and enjoy the satisfaction of putting everything in its place, or learn every corner of the shop and race against players around the world for the fastest time.
Choose from three shops of dramatically different sizes, each with its own setting, atmosphere, and challenge. Then return to them in four different modes, whether you want to relax, chase the fastest time, wield every bit of magic from the start, or organize without magic at all.
• Casual Mode – No timer and no pressure. Take your time, enjoy the atmosphere, and organize every shelf at your own pace.
• Timed Mode – Race against the clock and compete on the global leaderboards. Learn where every item belongs, master your Sorceries and Enchantments, perfect your route, and keep pushing for a faster time.
• Archmage Mode – Start with every Sorcery and Enchantment already unlocked. Take on the entire shop at full magical strength and see just how powerful an experienced shopkeeper can be.
• No Magic Mode – The magic of the world has escaped. No Sorceries. No Enchantments. No magical shortcuts. Just you, thousands of misplaced items, and the knowledge you've gained along the way.
1,000+ items to organize
A cozy shop tucked away in the quiet village of Burg. Once a welcoming stop for locals and passing adventurers, its shelves have fallen into disarray. With 1,048 items to restore, it's a comfortable introduction to the satisfying world of organizing.
3,000+ items to organize
A well-loved shop in the bustling market town of Stonebridge, built through years of honest work by its humble merchant. With 3,085 misplaced items, restoring The Merchant's Rest offers a much larger challenge with plenty of shelves waiting to be put right.
4,000+ items to organize
High above the clouds on the floating isle of Vane stands a legendary shop filled with magical treasures from across the world. With 4,066 items scattered throughout, The Grand Athenaeum is the largest challenge of them all. Take your time restoring it, or master every shelf and chase the fastest time.
Thankfully, you don't have to organize thousands of magical objects entirely by hand.
As you make progress, unlock Sorceries designed to help you tackle the mess.
Gather matching items from around the shop, reveal objects you've been struggling to find, or use magic to send items toward the shelves where they belong.
The more you organize, the more powerful your magical toolkit becomes.
Magic isn't limited to spells.
Unlock Enchantments that permanently improve your abilities and change how you move through each shop.
Carry more items at once. Increase your reach. Move faster. Jump higher. Eventually, even take to the air.
Combined with your Sorceries, these abilities can turn an experienced shopkeeper into an organizing force of nature and become an important part of chasing faster times.
Whether you're carefully organizing The Hearth & Barrel after a long day, working your way through the thousands of items inside The Merchant's Rest, or fighting for a place on the leaderboard in The Grand Athenaeum, Shelves And Sorcery is built around one simple satisfaction:
Finding where something belongs...
and finally putting it there.

Theodore Bearington knows what's up with cozy games. This made me want to go back and put some more time into my Teddy's Haven store. 5/5, would organize all day instead of doing actual chores. :D
A lovely sorting game. It looks good. Some of the items are related to Teddy's Haven. Books and wands have funny descriptions. The music is very soothing.

Love this game! There are some lighting issues (with jams, and refined ingots) which make differentiating between some similarly colored items difficult.)
Very fun, I like the different levels. Just the right combination of challenging and relaxing.
This is literally my first game where you are quite literally picking everything up and placing it back on to shelves. Following this new game genre like the librarian game which I couldnt play since it somehow made me deal with an annoying amount of motion sickness. That aside this game is wayyyy to much fun. Best $6 dollars i have spent, and have now made it a plan to finish the game and get all of the achievements. I have found this game fun to play listening to music or even watching a show on the side. I would 110% recommend this game.
Originally I wouldn't have recommended this due to the game breaking bugs, things slipping through the floors or disappearing entirely, making it impossible to complete the mid and end maps but that issue has been fixed, it is one of the most fun sorting games I've played recently, lot's of items, lots of interesting mechanics, it does have it's fair share of useless abilities, most of the magic is useless, with only one ability being useful, that being able to call items to you, the others don't seem to do much, then there's the money aspect, which can be used to upgrade your backpack for up to 15 items (too small), increase your running speed and increase your jump, the latter two seem pointless, the standard speed is just fine, maxed out makes you go way too fast and the jump isn't needed, honestly I've had the most fun with "out of mana" mode, which means you have no abilities, which seems the best, honestly, this game is a relaxing blast, it just needs more inventory space and better magical abilities.
I love the ambiance of this organizing game it is super cozy and magical :)
Absolutely fantastic. I started with cozy witchy collection and organising games this summer and I do not regret the absolute calming sensation you get from these games. This one is great, it has all sorts of magical goodies and it helps my ADHD like nothing ever has before. Best thing ever!
good game, I enjoyed the variety of objects and level locations
Better than others, especially because it uses no AI, lovely game
