There is a bunch of options that modify different aspects of how the game mechanics work.
This allows you to shape the difficulty to suit your playstyle and skill level.
Do you want the gunfights to require hardcore skill or just be casual?
Here are some examples:
What reaction time should outlaws have, and how well do they aim?
Do you want projectiles to be affected by gravity? Should damage account for velocity?
Choose the amount of health you have and if it regenerates after a specified time.
Should reloading be realistic, fast, or not even needed?

This game feels more like a concept than a finished product. There isn't anything wrong with that but I feel like there is a lot more to be expanded upon. One major concern I have was how horribly it ran on my laptop (I figured a low-poly style game wouldn't have this issue). On average I was hovering near about 10fps with most the graphical settings disabled. Besides the issue of performance, I also found that the AI is very easy to outsmart. The enemies don't seem to really move from their spots, advance towards you, or get behind cover. A majority of them just remained hidden in a few of the houses and waited to be found. On the base difficulty most of the enemies just die to 1 round. I feel like some more beefier enemies would change up the gameplay loop
so there's this game

good aim trainer for when im bored and updates frequently, but i wish they would make the other weapons not locked behind a dlc.
A game in which you can set the stage to sharpen your shooting skills the way you like it.

Hello, and welcome to my mini review of the game, Sharpshooter.
I'll rapid-fire the most important and relevant aspects of the game. - The game has no real, single player story mode. Although, everytime you start a new game, the objective is to just shoot outlaws popping up from here and there to rescue their leader you jailed. - Everytime you start a new game, the map setting is different. It's a high-score, action loop game and the mission really doesn't end till you die or intentionally end it. - The point of this game according to me is what I wrote on the headline, sharpening your shootings skills. - You can set shooting, enemy conditions in the main menu however way you like it. Some examples include changing the HUB display limits, enabling/disabling gravity-effect on bullets, bullet damage, penetration, recoil, whether your HP regenerates, if so, how fast, whether you wanna see the bullet travel leaving an air trail, aim spread, headbob, reload speed, speed at which enemies aim at you, how quickly they can move, their reload speed, and some other settings which you can tweak for a very personalised gaming experience. - I won't be surprised if you have come to the conclusion after reading this, that this game allows you to set the stage exactly how you want practise sharpening your shooting skills to eventually perform better in another game. If another game does not have practice mode, then this is the practice arena for that game. Set your gameplay and enemy settings however way you want and go on the climb to better aim. -I approached this is a very generic, conventional and serious way and therefore my focus was only shooting. Turning off the music entirely helped keep aim-focus. It's quite a zoning game tbf. If you're having a bad day and want to spend hours listening to your shots and the outlaws while you take them down one by one, it's a good game. Personally, as someone whose aim is not even half-bad, it's just bad, I did not enjoy it much, but I did play it quite a bit to experience it. While it is definitely not the game for me, I can see it be a game for many others who like to set themselves up for a looped challenge for hours. It's not a bad game. It allows to do exactly what it was created to do. While the game's content is the best thing about this game, the next best thing about it is that this game has been receiving updates now and then somewhat regularly, even as of writing this review. Taking a glance at the update changes the last time, I felt like the developer is keeping this game in mind to pop-in and make changes to improve the gameplay even more. This is one thing the gaming world is seeing less and less, passionate developers who genuinely care about their content. Thanks for reading the review.
It has flaws, but it's pretty decent for a free game
Nabbed it on a whim because it was free, turned out to be genuinely really fun! Needs some music, maybe some visual changes, and it'd be a perfect little game to kill some time.
Cool game with great potential
Good Game. It is what it says it is. A Great Game to spend your time. Although it could use more content sometime in the future, and maybe the AI should be a bit more aggressive rather than mostly stay as stationary targets. Overall, a 8/10 in its simplicity.
Love this game its silly and intresting and lovable
Make your own wild-west shootout! What's not to love? No, literally make your own. Set enemy behavior, density, accuracy, perception; bullet penetration; projectile drop; reload speed; health regen; the works then spin up a random canyon town to clean up.
