Bloody good Naval RTS. If you were good at Silent Hunter you'll be good at this. Built around surface first it feels like, but subs and arial assets control well. The UI isn't the fastest but is nicely practical. 10/10 Would reccomend if this is your type of game.
OH YEAH
It's the game I never knew I always wanted. As someone who likes strategy and tactics games but doesn't do simulations often, It feels like a pretty good mix of simulation game and RTT, has a good bit of complexity but not enough to be overwhelming. Tutorial missions were great, taught the principles of gameplay very well and gave you what you needed to get into real missions, which have a good difficulty ramp. It's largely played from the minimap (or you could expand it to take up most of the screen since it's the most important part of the game), so you get a really good tactical sense of surroundings and events. You feel the tension of hunting a submarine or leading a battlegroup into an ambush that feels incredibly immersive. You feel every whiffed missile, every incoming fighter, every hidden AShM site popping the odd SSM at you while you maneuver your helicopters to try and sight it without being shot down. In spite of being a map-heavy game in practical terms, it does look really good in the main display window as well. The ship models are great, missile swarms look awesome, and explosions/damage effects are satisfying. Game runs quite well too, I have a fairly old computer but have no problems maintaining 60fps on high settings and load times are very fast.
To put it simply, I have no experience in writing stories, being active duty, or being a veteran. However, to say that playing this game feels like I am finding a way to live through the events of a Tom Clancy novel is an understatement. It is a fun game with a load of replayability just from the amount of content and ability to build scenarios in vanilla. Mods add either new scenarios that you can easily add and play or complete overhauls of systems, weaponry, or AI interaction. Though, due to this game being early access, it might be a bit "jank" when trying to set up certain things. All in all, this is a great game that gets updates throughout the year. If you are learning English or Russian, you will have perfect callouts a few hours in.
Made it work on a MacBook Pro, and it surprisingly runs fine. Lot of fun
it's good
Good Game, solid variety in missions that all feel different and unique, campaigns tie each mission together nicely. Game has depth without being too overwhelmingly complicated.

This game is amazing, But the learning curve is hard that I returned it. Tho after watching more videos about it and etc I feel like I can confidently give this game a second chance and hopefully re-buy this gem 10/10
