Ships are boring ah, but this game fun. Really highlights the strengths of combined warfare in the later taskforce campaign missions. Never thought rts warships would make me sweat this hard.
Solo le falta el multijugador para ser el mejor simulador naval de estrategia.
好玩捏
First of all guys: I love these kinds of games. Realistic, strategic, tactical, with real world units and at best, even realistic scenarios. Sea Power delivers in this regard. And because the combat distances are realistic, the game is even "calm" enough for my old soul. I cannot handle the sensory overloads of many modern games anymore. :-D Alright. But there are some huge downsides unfortunately. One is an aspect of realism. You can set the flight preparation times of deck aircraft to realistic. That is actually pretty cool. But the issue is, that the game does not give you anything sensible to do in that time. Well, maybe in huge operations with a lot of vessels it does not matter that much. But in small formations it is just an unnessecary gimmick. The other huge thing is; the technical performance in the standard version is dismal. At certain points even unplayable. Somehow the simulation data seemingly is not idealy stored. So when a lot is going on in game and especially when you compress time for some passages of the game, the whole thing collapses and the frame rate drops to catastrophy. You can switch to the beta-version. For now that worked for me, so I can still give my recommendation for the game for all you guys who are military nerds out there. As a cherry on top, it is a fresh setting. Sea warfare is way too underrepresented in gaming and even movies. But recently this changed. Sea Power is right there at the forefront.

MUY BUENO PERO DEBEN HACER QUE SE PUEDA USAR MODS EN GEFORCE NOW... YA ME ABURRIO EL CONTENIDO DEL JUEGO QUIERO ALGO MAS ENTRENIDO Y SIENTO QUE ESTA MUY LIMITADO
A good simulation about sea warfare during the cold war. The devs are still improving the game, but already I can clearly recommend the game, if you are interested into strategy and the setting of the cold war.
Great fun. Workshop content adds even more fun!
