i can understand indie-games, but this is real trash Dont lose money on that thing
Trump has been saved by a big booty fed warrior but was it worth it?
I usually don't write anything super nasty on games I don't recommend, but I had such a hard time with this, I'm not going to be forgiving. This game is a complete joke. It has nothing to do with Donald Trump, regardless of how the developers may actually feel about the man. They only threw him in there to sell the game, and it plays horribly. The controls are atrocious; I died on EVERY LEVEL, of which there are six, and half the time Kiki didn't have her sword ready, and I had no idea how to unsheathe it. You have to stand still to land a proper attack, which sucks because the enemies don't have to. The graphics are decent; it's a 10GB download, although some assets are improperly placed or accidentally duplicated, making it feel like a rushed product. The camera controls kept the view focused on her butt a lot, which might be worth it to some guys to buy this game for a testosterone rush, but I found it annoying. There is no camera autofocus feature; you literally have to manually look behind you when you turn around. All said, this is just a cheap, poorly-done hack-and-slash, with "Daddy Trump" thrown in there to sell the game during an U.S. election year. Now also knowing what I know of the devs, I will steer clear of all their current and upcoming games. I'm genuinely sorry I bought this game.
Warning: Asset Flip! Save Daddy Trump 4: Maga 2024 is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here. In this case, the asset flipper took stole a bunch of Unreal assets to make an incredibly lazy joke game trying to cash in on the popularity of his favourite politician, Donald Trump. It's a crap third person brawler that barely works. Just another fake game scam from Tero Lunkka. Tero Lunkka/Valkeala Software have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Survival Isolation" = Easy Survival RPG from Easy Systems
"Candy Puzzle" = Platformer 3 - Chocolate from ithappy
"Aliens Dont Exist" = Alien Character - Free Sprite from Craftpix
"Lawnmower Game: Pinball" = Pinball Construction Kit from Epic Games
"Candy Golf" = Mini Golf Template from GoFlood
"Nash Racing" = Advanced Tuning Cars from James Novih
"Lost Princess: Winterland" = Polygon Vikings Pack from Synty Games
"Cyborg Invasion Shooter" = Third Person Shooter Kit from Epic Games
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The mismatched game assets are fairly mediocre/low quality, it's a wonder why they couldn't be bothered "borrowing" higher quality assets for this asset flip. This is a lot like going on a shoplifting spree but only stealing the cut price store brand goods. The poor quality assets alone are be enough to deter gamers from bothering with this. The developers didn't design the game for modern gaming PCs, as such the display resolution caps out at 1080p, a very low resolution that became mainstream back in 2006 and became obsolete when 4K entered the mainstream in 2014. The game simply won't look right on modern gaming displays due to this failure on the part of the developers.
Warning: Review Manipulation! This game features a several fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews, as uncovered by Sentinels of the Store. They're written in Russian or broken English, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. Due to the 2024 FTC ruling (16 CFR Part 465), these fake reviews are a violation of US Federal Law.
This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 100,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! Save Daddy Trump 4: Maga 2024 has the farcical price of around $4 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the unethical nature of the developer. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.

Developer Response!
The developer has weighed in to inform everyone they didn't read the Developer Usage Rules for Steam "partners", or they deliberately ignored the part where Valve says:
Though it may be tempting, not every review needs to be responded to. A developer response will frequently draw more attention than the original statement, potentially turning a small issue into a much larger community discussion. It's also not a good idea to use this feature to refute customer opinions. Your direct attention can be seen as validation or a defensive attempt to silence your customers.
The "developer" argues that I review a lot of games, therefore this game review isn't valid or truthful. Huh. If I changed all my other reviews to positive, would the graphics and gameplay of this crap game suddenly improve? No. The developer seeks any possible angle to throw shade at me personally to discredit my review. You can see what they are trying to do. If this was the only review I have ever written, would that change any of the properties of this game or alter the facts contained in my review? Of course not. My reviews for other games have no bearing on the dismal quality of this failed product. The developer lies. The developer claims I don't write postive reviews, I've written positive reviews for truly excellent games like Hollow Knight, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Baldur's Gate 3. The developer is weirdly angry for me finding his asset flip scams cannot be recommended to gamers. But Tero knows exactly what he is doing and how harmful it is. Nothing in the developers pointless breach of Valve guidelines changes any of the objective facts of my review. My review stands unaltered. I cannot recommend this asset flip scam to anyone.
Yet another Dark Souls clone. I didn't even realize that this was a soulslike game when buying this, but only found out after booting up the game. To start off with, the UI is so unbelievably bad. The fact that the buttons aren't even ALIGNED is one thing, but the UI sound effects are so strange too. When I opened a level, the loud music blaring into my ears nearly made me retire from my gaming career. No Audio Slider. 3 Songs In The Soundtrack. This game does NOT have it's highlights, with laughably bad melee enemy AI, but stupidly powerful ranged AI. In fact, the bows are way stronger than the swords?? This forces bows to be meta, which I'm okay with. Beating each level is then stupid EASY with the explosive arrows that the game provides to you. The bosses guarding Former President Donald J. Trump pose NO threat. To credit the "developers" I do think that each level is pretty straight forward. EXCEPT FOR LEVEL 6. Being in space, I expected to not leave the space station, but instead the devs made you WALK ON THE VOID to reach the boss fight. I thought this game was pretty topical, which is why I decided to buy it, but instead I found the worst game to EVER be inside of my Steam Library. I have already requested a refund.
Save Daddy Trump 4: Maga 2024 is a third person hack and slash game. The game also has a bow and arrow weapon. The game has several maps for the player to explore. The game mechanics are comparatively well done. This game uses the Unreal 5 engine so a discrete graphics chip is necessary. My Dell 5440 runs this game at 15-20 fps so even Intel ARC Xe have some limitations.
Easyish Achievements, 100% / ~30min. You can avoid / run thru the enemies, then put couple arrows to the Boss.
