Wield psychic powers against fearsome foes in this epic comedy saga. In The Devil’s Playhouse, an otherworldly power for controlling matter and space calls to the strongest and strangest who might wield it -- intergalactic warlords and eldritch gods, under-dwellers and scholars of the arcane.

The Canid Shamus and his eccentric little buddy are back again in Sam & Max The Penal Zone. The game is excellent, with a superb job done in terms of difficulty. The jokes are some of the most clever I've ever heard in a video game.
Overall, a fun game point-and-click game with a compelling story, improved graphics and plenty of the amusing banter that I love about Sam & Max. Unfortunately, this game also suffers from several glitches and errors that are hard to ignore. In Episode 4, Max actually became invisible while I was exploring the cloning chamber. I could only tell where he was became his gun was still visible. How did something that jaring get past the developers? Here's hoping that the upcoming remastered edition includes a system patch for the original version.

Długi, ale naprawdę ciekawy epizod. Mechanika mocy Maxa nadaje więcej zagadek logicznych, przy których trzeba się nieco dłużej zastanowić.

планка не падает. новые фичи - интересные
An amazing start to a new season. Not only introducing the new focus of this season, it also does well in getting the player used to the new mechanics and presentation of the game, without fannying about too much. The games presentation has somewhat shifted, as it is obvious that the controls are now adapted for consoles, but realistically that doesn't do any harm. Amazing season overall, do get.
devil's playhouse is the best of the 3D Sam and Max seasons and it's not particularly close, in my opinion. the humor is still in full force but the puzzles are significantly more creative. one of Telltale's last traditional point and click outings before they transitioned to the Walking Dead/Tales From the Borderlands style of game, and it's clear they were very comfortable with the formula and eager to experiment. good game
