Slider is a slider puzzle game. There is one open slot and you slide the pieces around until the puzzle is completed. [h1]Gameplay[/h1] The picture gallery starts off as a mosaic, so you have no idea what the puzzle looks like, prior to solving the puzzle. After the puzzle is solved the mosaic is replaced with the puzzle picture. There is an issue with the shuffle algorithm being used to shuffle the puzzle. Some of the shuffles result in an unsolvable puzzle. Standard puzzle solution method is to complete all but the bottom right corner, and then you should be able to rotate the pieces until the puzzle is solved. No so with this game, you will need to restart the puzzle and hope for a solvable puzzle. I had multiple puzzle fail multiple times. I had a whole lot of issues with the eight puzzle where it would not give me a winnable puzzle. I had to exit out to the main menu and come back before I got a puzzle that could be solved. [h1]The Gallery[/h1] You can view the completed puzzles in the Puzzle Gallery that you use to select to play a specific puzzle. [h1]Final Verdict[/h1] This game is unplayable until the shuffle algorithm is fixed. Too often you will be given a puzzle that cannot be solved. This was an annoyance initially, but became an ordeal when the puzzle size increased. Might be too expensive for the gameplay it delivers. The game's mechanic involves sliding. If you're not familiar with the rule, you can only move a piece next to an empty space. Because the largest grid is 5x5, the overall difficulty is rather simple. The only real challenge is finding the corners and edges because tiles don't have any borders. Each of the 25 puzzles can be played in any order by picking them from the gallery. Once you've completed a puzzle, you can view the entire image at any time. The images are good. However, while each puzzle has a different girl, they all appear to be very similar. There is always a girl standing in the center, naked or dressed in a sexy outfit, with a futuristic window or corridor behind it. Music deserves a mention because it's darn good for a game like this. This could be the explanation for the game's high price. Given that some images contain AI-generated elements, you can find similar games with adult themes for much less.

ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW] The images are all rather similar and they are a bit on the darker side in terms of lighting but the shuffling is now pretty good; the puzzles aren't overly easy nor are there impossible-to-solve permutations. I still think the price is a bit on the high side but the game is no longer frustrating and worth picking up if you like the art shown on the game page and it goes on sale. [strike]As mentioned in another review, the invalid shuffling permutations haven't been removed, so there is a 50% chance of getting an unsolvable puzzle, which won't be obvious until you've solved all but the final 4 squares. You can reshuffle, but you'll still have a 50% chance of a bad setup.
