very good game
eclatez le jeu est fait avec unity et il arrive a crash
This game touched me to my core. The game first appears as a sweet runner until you question your surroundings. Why is Grandpa running? Why are people trying to capture him? How can he jump in a wheel chair? Well all of this is answered in the ending where he goes to heaven. Grandpa is living his final moments trying to live his life until it is his time. THIS REVIEW IS NOT A JOKE THE GAME ENDS LIKE THIS.
♥♥♥♥ ass game crashes every minute grandpa probally has aids
Ouch!
RUN! GRANDPA! RUN!, developed by Egutidze and published by My Way Games, is a fast-moving, humor-driven platformer that thrives on its absurd premise and energetic pacing. Putting players in control of an elderly man speeding through chaotic environments in a rocket-powered wheelchair, it immediately establishes itself as a game that doesn’t take itself seriously. The tone is playful from the outset, leaning into exaggerated physics and unpredictable movement to create an experience that is as much about spectacle as it is about skill. The setup is simple and largely serves as a comedic excuse for the action. Grandpa has had enough of confinement and decides to make a daring escape, leading to a series of increasingly bizarre and hazardous levels. There’s little in the way of narrative development, but the game doesn’t need it—the concept alone carries enough personality to keep things engaging. The humor is visual and situational, relying on the contrast between the character’s age and the high-speed chaos unfolding around him. Gameplay centers on constant forward motion, blending elements of platforming and reaction-based obstacle navigation. Players must steer, jump, and time their movements carefully to avoid hazards that appear in rapid succession. The controls are straightforward, but the physics introduce a level of unpredictability that requires adaptation. Momentum plays a significant role, meaning that small adjustments can have exaggerated effects, especially when moving at higher speeds. This creates a sense of intensity where quick decisions are essential, and hesitation often leads to failure. A key feature of the experience is the use of boosts and environmental interactions that amplify the game’s pace. Rocket-powered bursts allow for dramatic jumps and quick recoveries, while elements like trampolines and shifting platforms add variety to the movement. These mechanics help break up the core loop, injecting moments of heightened action that keep the gameplay from feeling too repetitive. As levels progress, obstacles become more complex and densely packed, pushing players to refine their timing and control. The level design reflects the game’s chaotic nature, offering a series of colorful and surreal environments filled with traps and moving hazards. Each stage introduces new combinations of obstacles, gradually increasing the difficulty without fundamentally changing the mechanics. This approach keeps the gameplay consistent, though it also means that the experience doesn’t evolve significantly beyond its initial concept. The relatively short length of the game reinforces this, as many of its ideas are explored quickly before the experience concludes. Visually, the game embraces a bright and exaggerated style that complements its tone. The environments are easy to read, ensuring that players can react quickly to incoming hazards, while the character animations add to the comedic effect. The overall presentation is simple but effective, prioritizing clarity and movement over detailed visuals. Sound design supports the fast-paced gameplay with energetic cues, though it remains secondary to the action on screen. Despite its charm, the game’s limitations are noticeable. Its mechanics, while entertaining, lack depth, and the challenge comes primarily from speed and obstacle density rather than new gameplay systems. The short runtime means that it doesn’t fully expand on its ideas, and once completed, there is limited incentive to return beyond improving performance. Additionally, the reliance on physics-based movement can occasionally feel inconsistent, leading to moments where failure feels less controlled than intended. Even with these drawbacks, RUN! GRANDPA! RUN! delivers a lively and entertaining experience that succeeds in its goal of providing quick, engaging gameplay. It’s a game that prioritizes fun and immediacy, offering bursts of chaotic action that are easy to pick up and enjoy in short sessions. Its personality and energy help it stand out, even if it doesn’t offer long-term depth. In the end, it stands as a lighthearted and unconventional platformer that embraces its simplicity and runs with it—quite literally. While it may not leave a lasting impact, it provides a fun and memorable ride for players looking for something fast, quirky, and easy to jump into. Rating: 7/10
could be a fun game... if it didnt crash every other checkpoint. granted, it does start back up at the last checkpoint, it still destroys the fun that could've been and the immersion. i couldnt with good faith ever recommend this game, i have a pretty good rig, no excuse at all for such a simple and basic game to be unplayable
One of the best games on the market
