Игра класс, но последнее обновление почти три года назад.
Road Dogs is an abandoned Early Access text based business tycoon game where you run a "business" in a Mad Max style post apocalyptic USA, buying cars and using them to sell various black market themed commodities. Or you would be doing that if the game could be played, the developers pulled the plug on the back end servers. With no servers to connect to, the game can't be played. If the game did work, it would be a disappointment as it's text based, and the whole thing might as well have been done in HTML. It's unclear why this was launched on Steam instead of just being made a web browser game or a mobile app, the quality simply wasn't up to par for a modern PC game. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The implementation here is of such poor quality, the developer couldn't work out how to make the game display in fullscreen, it only runs in a window. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. Unethically, the developers have left this on the Steam store in an unplayable and broken state. This is harmful to Steam and to gamers, because it takes a share of the marketing space and visibility away from other games. It's polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuine games and for indie developers who did the right thing put months or years into making proper, finished games find an audience.
I'll write an in-depth review later. For now, this game was a fun and unique take on the post-apocalyptic MMO genre. It's a shame that it closed down before meeting it's potential.

It has lots of potential. I wonder if the Devs see this if I can take over and remake the game since they obviously lost interest or don't have the time. Maybe make the game open source for a little while with community help. I would appreciate a response from the game Developers. This can be the EVE online for 2d mmorpg Combat racing.
