Rise of the Tomb Raider™

I just finished Rise of the Tomb Raider, and overall it's a worthy sequel that builds on the strengths of the first game. The gameplay has seen some great improvements, with smoother mechanics, better exploration, and more refined combat. It still feels polished, fun, and incredibly enjoyable to play. That said, I don't think it captures the same level of excitement and intensity as the first Tomb Raider. It's not a worse game by any means—it simply didn't keep me as engaged throughout the entire journey. I also felt that the supporting characters weren't as memorable this time around. Compared to the first game, the side cast lacked the same impact and emotional depth. Even with those minor shortcomings, it's still an excellent action-adventure game and a sequel that's absolutely worth playing. My final score: 8/10.
