makes you throw up just like the real thing
"RideOp - VR Thrill Ride Experience" is not a complete game. It's an advertisement/demo, and you have to pay more money through DLC to actually unlock the product. The product iself is not a game... it's a "VR experience", which basically means it's a Youtube video. They want you to pay $5 to unlock the Youtube video so you can watch it. It's a video of a roller coaster. You have to pay money to watch it on your PC, after you install this trailer/advertisement for their Youtube video. It's important to understand there's a formal process to create a demo/page for a game which hasn't been followed here: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/application/demos While it might seem like an inocuous mistake, publishing demos and advertisements as if they are full games is misleading and in some ways harmful. This advertisement is taking up marketing space and visibility that would be better made available to a developer that's done the right thing and created a full game. Instead, that visibility is given over to a demo/advert that's been published incorrectly and is polluting the marketplace. It's unclear if this mistake was made through incompetence or a deliberate intent to mislead gamers. Often developers may choose to incorrectly publish demo/advertisements as separate games as a cheap way to bypass paying Valve for marketing presence on the Steam front page, which may seem clever to them, but it's harmful behaviour and it's not good for gamers. The product this is advertising has been positioned on Steam as if it is a game, however, Youtube videos are not games. This is a software application with one function, to encourage users to buy it to unlock full functionality of another, different software application sold through DLC, which in turn is a software application that shows a Youtube video of a roller coaster. For those unfamiliar with what actually makes something a game, a "game loop" describes the interaction and feedback a gamer has when playing a game. Tetris, for example, has a game loop where a random block appears, the gamer interacts with the block to position it, and then the game decides if that finishes a row or not, increases the players score if any rows were completed, then gives the gamer another block to position. Counter-Strike has a game loop where a player seeks another player, tests their skill against that player by shooting them or being shot, the computer rewards the player if they win, and then if the player survives, they repeat that loop. There's no loop here, no true interactive feedback. It simply is not a game, it cannot be "played". This has misleadingly been launched in the "Games" section of Steam instead of the "Software" section. This is a common mistake for developers who are new to Steam, or don't understand the difference between games and software which isn't a game. It seems this software published incorrectly as a game is simply lack of experience/knowledge of the correct process. Here's a link for the process to publish non-game software on Steam: Steam Developer Help With Software Publishing It's unfortunate this process was not known about/followed, resulting in a software application being published in the wrong place. Publishing things which aren't games on Steam in the Games section as games is misleading to gamers and somewhat harmful, because it pollutes the Steam marketplace and takes away visibility and market exposure for genuine game developers who do the right thing and make games for gamers. There are no gameplay loops in this software, no "gameplay", no meaningful game like interaction. It's a software application and as such has no merits as a video game for gamers. Because of this, I cannot recommend this advertisement for non-game software as a game to gamers. Just to say this all again: This is an advertisement for software. Ads aren't games. Software apps aren't games. This is cancer.

Would love to try it but it crashes just after starting, every single time and, can only be started using an xbox controller
When I first played this game I was a broken man. I booted it up and the pure visuals brought me to tears. I played a few levels, my heart racing, and the hidden, 15 hour story path showed itself. I was astonished. This game taught me things university could never. I now have a beautiful wife, 4 kids, and 2 butlers. I feel so fortunate to have stumbled across this life changing game. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling to find their purpose in life.
Très bonne simulation mais il ne faut avoir de nausée ! ^^
