About
You’re not just running a video rental store.
You’re running out of time.
RUN THE WORLD'S LAST VIDEO RENTAL STORE
You’ve inherited the last video rental store in town. You're broke, drowning in late returns, and streaming giant RentNet just opened across the street.
Run your store by day.
Do whatever it takes to survive by night.
The longer you stay in business, the more chaotic things become.
Order movies, snacks, toys, and rare collectibles. Stock shelves, manage customers, and expand your store from a dying shop into a thriving business.
Hire employees, automate operations, and optimize every inch of your store.
Every decision determines whether you survive another week.
Oh and did we mention we have PLENTY of store customization options?
The store alone isn’t enough.
Run underground fight clubs. Gamble on scratcher tickets. Install a claw machine. Take on shady side hustles across the city.
Some will make you rich.
Some will ruin you.
Produce and release your own original films to compete with RentNet.
Manage production, release films, and turn your store into something far bigger than a rental shop.
Explore a low-poly open city by foot or scooter. Discover secrets, track NPC schedules, and unlock increasingly dangerous and lucrative opportunities.
Run the store alone or with friends in co-op multiplayer.
Divide responsibilities, expand faster, and take bigger risks together.
Every asset, illustration, and piece of marketing was created by real artists.

ITS FUN JUST GLITCHY
Rewind 99 is the best game I have played so far. From the funny movie names, to the red button 👀😂 it’s all so amazing it has had me laughing through out the whole gameplay. I would recommend this game to all my friends ☺️✨
I wasn’t expecting to get so attached to running a video rental store, but this game does an excellent job making every improvement feel meaningful. Whether I’m organizing shelves, expanding the business, or planning my next upgrade, there’s always something productive to work toward.
The game does an amazing job making every small improvement feel rewarding. A simple upgrade can completely change how the store feels.
Fun - for short periods. Bought near release date and honestly- this game seems to be getting worse/buggier with every passing update. They've added some cool features but I do notice my game (and my partners) will crash more/bug out/have to be restarted. The AI employees make every task 100x more difficult and I find myself walking around stocking/tidying/fixing their mess for so long that I get bored and usually call it a night. Love the idea- love some of the gameplay/items and tasks- but it does just feel like clocking in to a shift and I don't find it at all relaxing or very chill. Once you've advanced far enough- it does just seem like a passive background game until you can level up and then you go back to waiting/letting time pass. Don't get me wrong- I enjoy it- but I don't find myself picking it up as often or for as long as I initally did. I do trust that this game has good bones and could be tweaked in time to be better and more re-playable - 6/10
Every time I think my store is finally organized, I come up with a completely new layout and spend another hour rearranging everything.
I thought I was done for the night, then I noticed one small thing I wanted to improve in the store. Two hours later I was still playing.
Fun for a few hours!
Fun game but I wish they adjust the optimization a little bit
