Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator

As a former video store rental employee, this game gets so much right. The movie genres, the general day to day vibe and work and the ability to make the store "yours" is just lovely. I've defintiely gotten a case of one more day as I try and buy another decoration and the ability to add your own videos to the tv's is an absolutely must mod for anyone playing (Having it play a 90s blockbuster reel or a 90s movie gets me distracted as I play). Wishlist: More movie genres! Documentaries/Special Interest and TV were notable ones i saw missing. Would be fun to add Kids to spice up the customers (They could make a mess of a shelf or maybe try and sneak an adult movie!) And a personal one (maybe for an expansion) add a movie theatre! Alot of rental stores around us also doubled up as movie theatres. Alot of the existing concessions are already in the game and you could add a "box office rush" as people come to see the movie and maybe have employees clean the theatre after showtime.

Die Grafik ist wunderschön, stimmungsvoll und passt perfekt. Das Management (Kaufen, Verwalten, Dekorieren) macht süchtig und hält einen mit ständigen Events, Film-Releases und Freischaltungen super auf Trab. Dank des genialen Mod-Supports (Nexus) stehen bei mir genau die Filme im Regal, die ich von früher kenne und liebe. Die Entwickler bringen regelmäßig Updates mit neuem Content und man spürt einfach, dass sie selbst Kinder dieser Zeit sind. Wer mit VHS aufgewachsen ist oder Tycoon-/Laden-Simulationen mag: Greift zu! [i] @DEVS: Please add more shelves and variations to the game! [/i]

This game is amazing for what it is. I've had a ton of fun playing this game and designing my video store. running around helping guests while laughing at the majority of the VHS titles. I do hope they bring more decorations/placeable objects, along with possible game console rentals in the future but had lots of fun with what was there already, keeping me busy overall. definitely one of the best video rental sims I have ever played.
