If you have friends or family new to VR and you want to see them puke or fall down from dizziness then I might recommend this game for you. For everyone else though, I would say this game is a pass as it currently stands in Early Access. It's just not good. I think it's supposed to be Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout for VR, but it's just executed very poorly. I experienced several issues during my short playtime. The biggest one was the joystick drift where I was going backwards automatically (on the Oculus Quest 2 Touch controllers). The game did not save any of my previous times for the runs after re-starting the game. It didn't even save my customizations to my avatar. Plus the game is just ugly to look at. It seems as though the game was made using low-polygon level / character assets from the Unity Asset store that usually go on sale on Humble, plus the scales are off. The sounds sound very cheap too & the music was bad. Game is running on the Unreal Engine. On my RTX 3080, I was getting steady 90 fps. You do have full locomotion with smooth and snap turning options, as well as comfort modes. While I did not experience any game-breaking bugs, I did experience an overall clunkiness and lack of polish. I have strong VR legs, so getting tossed up in the air or spinning around when getting hit by a falling boulder didn't effect me. However, I would imagine it would effect a lot of other people. I'm not sure if the "comfort options" in this game would solve that problem. I just think this game is over-priced for what it is. It's a very cheap knockoff of Fall Guys for VR. I could see some people having fun with it, but I think most people would be turned off by the what's actually there. However, I did not get to experience online multiplayer (there was never anybody online to play with). I would guess the game's online community is DOA. This game may be fun with friends online assuming online multiplayer works and assuming everyone has strong VR legs. Maybe ... maybe but probably not.
