About
Using a simulation environment developed through joint research between JAXA and historia Inc., this game recreates a scientifically grounded, realistic Moon.
- High-resolution DEM data (terrain elevation)
- Statistical crater distribution
- Natural rock dispersion patterns
- Sun, Earth, and Moon positions that change over time
The lunar terrain featured in this game is a result of joint research with JAXA.
Walk across the precisely recreated Moon, pilot a rover, and explore freely at your own pace.
Alone on the lunar surface, you receive a single mission.

In addition to observation data, slopes of craters and other features are synthesized based on scientific studies and added to the terrain data.

Dünyanın değil ayın en yalnız insanı...
Говно редкостное !"
The gameplay is boring, the only content is to walk around, and to find the location where the images were obtained. As a game, it is a failure. Fortunately, the incidence is the same as in the images otherwise it would be much more challenging. However, it used real data maybe from the JAXA SLIM mission. I guess the developers are from japan because they seem to value the mission. Referring to the LROC quickmap, the terrains seem to accord with the coordinates, and the images are quite real. It is a hard work to rebuild 3D terrain with images and I would like to appreciate this. The huge galaxy/nebula and the hexagonal diffraction of the Sun make the sky unreal. The angular diameter of the Earth seems to be a bit small, which should be 4 times the diameter of the Sun.

The store page may give you the impression you'll explore the whole moon, picking any part of its surface and eventually walk around it. In reality it's one small patch of terrain in a single level. You reach the edge in minutes, hit an invisible wall, and that's it. t's not "the moon", just a tiny sandbox with low gravity based on a small area on the moon. The store page doesnt really promises more than that, but its easy to read too much into it.
It's clearly an attempt to make something cool, gotta give em the credit, but, honestly, the novelty wears off pretty quickly, if it had more stuff to do it would be interesting. Also it's surprisingly demanding, i wasn't expecting that.
Mt legal e realista , me senti um astronauta
