How dare you make me experience this. You owe me compensation and It was free
A solid beginning framework exists. The execution, at this stage, is still unpolished. The speed of the combat is loathfully slow, compared to similar titles; the incredibly slow targeting, with magic, for instance, all needs a good bit of tuning. The character animations are stiff. The imagination in design of the containers for the levels is completely unimaginative - every single lootable container is one of a few styles of chest. There are some lovely coffins lying around in some places, that would make for very good lootable containers, if they weren't simply a part of the map, at this point. Also, more types of containers - always more than one or two (regardless of varying types) - and preferably not all that obvious, so that we actually have to explore a bit to become familiar with the environment, instead of it simply being a platform to hold all the "things" as we scurry about looking for the next obvious container to loot. The valuables are all contained in chests at this point, nothing is ever found lying upon the environment in a fashion apropos to its environment. We cannot use the "Esc" button to close open windows when doing our managerial tasks in the settlement. The overall feel of the gameplay, is completely clunky. There is no fluidity to any of it, currently. Everything from the character running, to aiming, firing, adjusting aim, etc. is completely subpar - very subpar. All that being said, I do recommend the game. It is a work-in-progress and, many of us know, it may or may not ever be a truly great experience to play - that is up to the developers. Enjoying it for what it is, as with any project that is still in development and accessible, is absolutely key to keep in mind. It's not any of its predecessors, which, including this one, are all very similar; that's why the term "genre" exists, to include each thing, idea, etc. with that of its own type. So, for those willing, enjoy it for what it is, witness its progress and allow your experience to grow with the game, and all other games that are in-development. It's not up to you or me if their potential is realized, all we can do, while in the role of player, is play, suggest and enjoy. Great gaming to you all.

Sind die Server zu ? Oder wieso kann man das Game nicht Starten Empfehlen kann ichs nichts da es nicht Startet
not yet, too buggy. my wife playing next to me has a resolution forced where many words are cut off the screen. Mine appears similar, but with a much larger issue of everything looking very pixelated and low quality regardless of graphic settings. Wife just got stuck behind an invisible wall in the tutorial where the guy she was supposed to kill was stuck behind her. after abt 2 min her dodge roll skill got her back through. No resolution settings and you are FORCED to enter the game and complete the tutorial before even being able to try messing with the settings. If i switch to borderless instead of fullscreen, then my screen is a square? then changes back when i switch back?
Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
This is an unusual one because it seems like a genuinely made game (well, as much as live service stuff can be considered genuine). It's not really an MMO although some have tagged it as such, it's just a PvP arena but with a pirate/supernatural theme. Unfortunately that doesn't cross over to the gameplay which was dry-as-a-bone arena brawling. Obviously with nothing of interest to draw in gamers, this flopped right out of the gate and the developers walked away. Here's the thing... launching a PvP game in Early Access kills the game. PvP games need critical mass of players to "go viral". However, gamers usually only try out a game once... so what happened here is players jumped on, saw a buggy disaster (as most Early Access games are) and walked away, never to return. The developers killed their own game through hamfisted abuse of Early Access. Part of the blame goes to Valve... Early Access might have been well intentioned, but it just rewards developers for not finishing games. That's disastrous. And this game shows just why it keeps causing harm... if there was no Early Access option, the devs would have had to finish the game before publishing, and it might not have died. So, "Raiders of Treasure Island" is a dead PvP game. Why did it fail? It's video game autopsy time! Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result. Let's go into some of the reasons this particular game failed to appeal to gamers, despite the zero up front cost. First and foremost, there's no meaningful single player content. The developer gambled that other players would be an acceptable substitute for adding storytelling, level design etc to the Game. They lost that bet. Without a huge community of players or single player content to add a lasting value to the game, the game dies. Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable substitute for adding content to a game. The developers abandoned this 1 year and 7 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. The graphics in this game are really quite good, which at least makes the game look more appealing. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. So this is "free", but it's abandoned. Worse, it was never intended to be free. The developer intended to charge for this if it ever left Early Access... but the developer just couldn't be bothered. Making this abandoned pollution that gamers need to filter through when searching for products made by more ethical developers who fulfill their promise to deliver on their Early Access commitment instead of breaking that promise. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's well over 130 million gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at less than 100 concurrent players, they couldn't even break three figures, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.
突然就登录不上去了,一直是服务器连接不上,游戏关了吧
