About
Welcome to the Qroma Galaxy, where Qarma is as real and measurable as gravity itself. A gig economy of freelance delivery crews carries the Qarmic burden across its watchful universe. The best crews balance their economy of Qarma and Qoin to live out the longest career.
Qarma is the invisible force that guides the actions of those who reside in the Qroma Galaxy. The universe responds to every action committed, both positive and negative.
Each quad unit is a randomly generated individual with a unique first and last name, qarmic standing, galactic race, and will die permanently. You can recruit and trade them for a price, or force strays to join your crew at gunpoint. Your quad is strongest when your team works together, but every Quest you take is trying to tear it apart.
Your crew can be equipped with a diverse arsenal of equipment, tailored to suit your playstyle. Your crew’s loadout determines how you approach combat, and getting caught out of position can be deadly. Guns, Melee, and Shields are a rock-paper-scissors of offense vs defense. Kill with guns, shove with shields, and knock out with melee.
Three factions reside in HQ, to which you can offer your services. The Crime faction promotes negative Qarma and offers more Qoin. The Cult faction is an advocate for positive Qarma, at the sacrifice of good Qoin. The Corpo faction deals with everything in between, and unpredictably.
The game is launching in Early Access, with the core gameplay loop in place. We’re looking forward to seeing how the game can expand and grow!

Reviews
Why nobody are playing in this game? I mean, yeah, it's simple, but still addictive, and it's in early access, but holy moly, it had a big promo on Newgrounds, and no reviews after two days? And in Steam there are few players. I thought it's gonna be a big hit, but it's don't. Game is pretty good, especially in terms of visual, but need mechanics like dungeons and more events with NPC. I hope it will get popular soon enough!
I really enjoy the overall gameplay loop, also the visuals and audio which are nicely done and have a distinct identity. There are a lot of things to improve upon. There isn't detail about the items and how much damage they do. For example, I can see that the Ghost Service Pistol and the Stinger Service Pistol have different buying and sell values, but I don't know why one is more valuable than the other, all I have to go by is the trade value, along with the weapon just having a different name. There is no explanation of what the firearm attachments do. They're just different symbols without communicating what they actually affect. The attachments at the firearm shop are always sold out. All of the quests I've experienced so far are just "Pick up package." Or "Deliver package." It would be nice to have more varied quest types, as well as story-based quests. I don't know if this is intentional, but it's possible to completely avoid asteroids while flying by moving hard left or right and increasing your speed. This lets you reach your destination much faster and you completely avoid asteroids. It would be cool to have more story elements and different faction endings. Fallout New Vegas style! It would also be nice if crew members gained experience after completing quests, leveled up over time, and developed different skills. Right now, it's very easy to replace a crew member because they don't feel unique. What does the Cult Sigil Seal actually do? I got max faction relation with Cult. What does the Cult even do? An advocate for positive Qarma, isn't much to go by. Also they have nice music, which is why I picked them. It would be nice to have more dialogue variations and different dialogue based on your reputation. This is promising, but a lot of more stuff could be added to it.

-Incredible atmosphere and aesthetics -Amazing music and sound design -Intuitive, fun and challenging twitchy gameplay -High stakes makes everything matter It doesn't feel unfair, you can outplay any situation and prepare for it ahead of time. It has so much potential but it should be stressed it's already come so far in such a short time that I'm excited for each update and will definitely keep my eyes on this. More people need to know about this game. That said, check out my unofficial fan-made Qarma Quad Qartoon here: https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/1042709 Thank you Hans for the gift :D
