I really wanted to like this game enough, but I just can't recommend it to others. The story is sparse and the game play is a bit repetitive. It's not terrible, just boring.
I like this game alot but disappointing ending.
Pretty easy, disappointing ending
I usually really like Alawar's HO games, but this one was definitely NOT one of them. Like, okay, I can excuse the ugly graphics and "animations" cause the game is like 10+ years old, but I can't excuse the facts that: 1. The game has practically no story and thus no strong incentive to do the things you do 2. Despite it being a HO game, there's surprisingly few HO scenes (most of which are really dull to look at, one scene in the second half literally only features a backdrop of a singular object in the center of the screen with like fifteen hidden items lazily scattered around it) 3. The puzzles are either mind-numbingly easy where I question why the game even gives you the option to skip them, or so atrociously tedious that pressing the skip button is more fun than actually trying to solve them
Liked this one, it's pretty easy and streamlined! Maybe it's not for everyone, but I'd put it pretty close to some of the best hidden object games out there. There was nothing that got me stuck during gameplay, it feels like there was some thought put into making the game flow without snags. Some cons - the hidden object parts, puzzles and mechanics are very simple... there isn't a whole lot of variation probably because it's an older game. Not a problem for me though, but just to note. There were some hidden objects with names that didn't quite match... close, but either there was some problem in translation, or perhaps some mix up. I didn't take note one by one, but it wasn't much too... I think one of them was a purse or something like that when the object was really a wallet. The story is a bit weird, cliché, and it ends kinda abruptly after building up a whole story about some paranormal criminal that created an entire world after killing a train full of people. The protagonist is trying to rescue her daughter after a train crash happens. It's not all that different from other hidden object puzzle games, but it did feel perhaps a bit rushed, particularly the very last scenes. Or perhaps just overall unbalanced.. like, you spend too long chasing, the exposition is rushed, and then the end doesn't explain itself much. It's just that... well, it's not unlike many other hidden object games where you are a mother or parent chasing after kidnappers of your child or something. xD So... I'm recommending it. Despite the snags, it was still plenty satisfying to play. o/
Short but sweet, not too difficult and a great way to kill some time
Sehr liebevolle Details, schauerliche Atmosphäre, viele Möglichkeiten bzw Wege. Probiert es aus. :o)
By HOG standards, this game has a well-realized aesthetic, makes good use (and reuse) of object-loaded screens, and provides a functional reason in-game to progress from location to location. Some of the puzzle solutions are a bit nonsensical, but the hint system can keep you going. A decent alternative to the Nightmares of the Deep series, now that those games have been delisted from Steam.
Game has a bug that bricks ability to continue about 25m in. Not worth the $1.75 I spent on this one. Alawar normally is better than this.
Güzel zaman geçireceğiniz zevkli bir oyun.
