Game breaking bug I have not been able to log in at all as a new player, it is stuck on a permanent loading screen no matter what. The fact this has not been fixed for days when it’s such a big update is baffling.

It doesn’t work After the tutorial battle I just stand there, I searched it up and you’re supposed to click on nurse joy, but I can’t I’ve spammed on her and nothing

iPhone bug can’t play I would love to be able to play this game. I see my fiancé playing it all the time and he’s the one that told me to download it so we can play together. I have tried it on three different iPhones just to see if maybe it was just my phone that had the glitch but unfortunately it doesn’t work on any iPhone. You can get through the tutorial. Make your character you can even sign into your Nintendo account through the main loading screen but after the tutorial when you get to the main hall where nurse Joy is the game just freezes there. You can type the screen and it looks like it gets response. You can even see nurse Joy, blinking, but it won’t move from there. I’ve left it alone for almost an hour before just to see and nothing. I tried this on my old iPhone 11 Pro, my nieces iPhone 13 and my iPhone 14 Pro Max. When looking online I see that this is a common error. I’m just surprised it hasn’t been fixed yet with all the updates that have come out on both iPhone and the game It’s really sad. I would really love to play it because the few times that I’ve played it on my fiancé phone (an Android) it was fun,It just sucks that we can download it on iPhone but it just doesn’t work. :/

Game won’t get past intro battle Just got this new to the game and I uninstalled, deleted cache, linked an account and still can’t get past the Pokémon center screen.

Bugged I do not want to hate on the developers because I know they’re working very hard but as soon as I finish the tutorial with blue, I get stuck looking at nurse Joy. I’ve tried everything restarting the game. But it doesn’t work. I hope it can be fixed and I can make an updated review that will be much higher.

New Players Can’t Play The Game Just freezes at nurse joy after the tutorial. I’ve tried every method people have told me. Ridiculous to have your biggest update and marketing push of the year and you couldn’t even make sure new players could actually play the game. Been trying for 4 days. Wondering if this game is even worth it if we can’t prioritize a hot fix that is literally preventing people from playing.

Frozen at start of new game Great game so far….from what I could play. The game either freezes or just does not allow me to progress past the Pokemon center phase when my character and pikachu first arrive. I am just in a constant staring match with nurse joy. I tried deleting the app, redownloading and restarting but nothing seems to get me passed the same part of the game. Please fix because it seems like a great game but unfortunately since I can’t get the full experience I can’t give it five stars for now.

Not Working For New Players My experience plus many others on Reddit. It freezes after tutorial battle. Help Devs!

Doesn’t work After the tutorial and choosing your name, the game gets frozen on the nurse joy I logged out the app and reopened it and deleted it. I’ve reset the data in the setting thing and it still doesn’t work.

The game looks fun The game looks fun but after the first battle I don’t know how to move the only thing I can do is tap the screen to make a white circle.
