The statement of the game I loved this game, but today’s version is… just slightly sloppy from the creations they made for a few plants, but it’s not a bad game, but it can use some more effort into the plant animations, “cough, cough” Blaze Leaf

Predatory microtransactions Having to pay to get rid of ads, and only having it work for 30 days is DISGUSTING. I love pvz and have played it since i was a kid but the games suck now. If anyone reads this, PLAY MODS!! There are plenty that add new worlds/plants and DON’T spam you with glitchy ads! Gardenless is a great one.

Too many add If you don’t pay each level you must watch ads. I deleted this game immediately.

PvZ2 Booting PvZ2 is great all around, with its wide variety of plants and levels, but the only thing that would disrupt my gameplay is when the game kicks me out almost every time i gain any type of seed packets or complete the arena, etc. Plus, what makes this harder is that the “Rented Plant” daily quest only completes when the level is completed with it, and you are moved back to the main hub. I know PopCap and EA are good at making and fixing games, so I’m attempting to give them another bullet point on their updates. Thank you for listening.

I been robbed several times Throughout the years I spent my hard earned money to purchase various plants. However, every time there was an update, my purchases disappeared!!! When I reached out to support, they couldn't find my previous purchases. I've given them free money and have nothing to show for it. I'm done playing this game!! Update: they still haven't attempted to fix the problem!!!

Great but one glitch I don’t know what but there is a glitch making the plants zombies and UI all have horrible models that look glitched which is not supposed to happen but the gameplay is amazing

A Far Cry From The Past And Soulless I Downloaded PVZ 2 In 2023 I played it, a lot beat the entire campaign and even got many plants. However, as of now I have stopped playing the game first of all the gameplay has gotten repetitive there’s only four or five game modes. Those being the campaign, these breaker pennies, pursuit and arena. Most new plants are stuck behind pay walls and unless you don’t wanna pay money, you have to do a lot of grinding on the arena, and even then most of the plants are completely overpowered, which just makes the gameplay completely unbalanced it relies heavily on in app purchases, and after every level, you have to watch an ad back in the day plans for zombies was decently paced and there was actual strategy but then EA ruined everything and flooded the games with in app purchases and gradually making plants so overpowered it, ruins, the strategy function and honestly, there’s nothing new, added to the campaign although it ended after modern day, I feel like there was so much potential for new worlds and honestly, this is why I’ve largely stopped playing the game all together, except for occasional Gameplay honestly, I can see why the third game failed. I feel like this game has lost. It’s soul long ago and this whole thing truly started in 2025 it’s 2026 and I’ve moved on to other games and even if I do somehow return to this game in the future, it’s likely you won’t even be able to make it past the title screen without having to watch at least three ads

What has this game come to? PVZ has a loyal fanbase, that always come back to enjoy the games like PVZheroes and pvz2, so what’s with all the forced ads?!?! after each level we’re forced to watch an ad now??? after redownloading pvz2, it made me choose between 2 files, in which the other file would be deleted, both files showed no progress which made no sense because I KNOW i had progress, 4 years worth. Now you’re telling me i come back to an empty game file and forced constant ads?! it’s disheartening to say the least, the forced ads are unnecessary, it was valid in some ways if we got rewards and we we’re WILLING to watch ads, but now we’re forced to watch one after each level? no, “turning off the wifi” wont make it any better, since i like to watch online videos while playing pvz, but it’s just sad, it feels that we as the loyal player-base are just playing ad slop games now.

Awesome Sequel! Remember as a kid when this came out and still love it to this day!
