About
Pickball is what happens when the satisfying clack of pinball collides with the addictive growth of an incremental game. You start with a single humble pickaxe — and before you know it, one launch is sweeping an entire screen of ore into your pocket.
Launch Your Pickaxe — From the primitive tool that began civilization, to dragon-clawed picks, to mystical instruments imbued with the power of the moon. Collect and upgrade pickaxes, each with their own quirks and special effects.
Smash the Ore — Stones, copper, iron, titanium, tungsten, gold, sapphire, ruby, emerald, diamond. The higher the tier, the flashier the shatter — and the fatter the payout.
Dig Deeper — From dusty scrap-iron shafts to the golden Tutankhamun tomb and ancient gold-vein fields, every stage hides new ores and richer rewards.
At first, even a tiny pebble feels precious. Soon, chain mining, pickaxe explosions, drop multipliers, treasure drops, and coin showers paint the entire screen gold. Slot in attachments for lightning, tremors, lasers, even ghostly phasing — and turn a single swing into a mineshaft-wide earthquake.
At the end of every stage looms a massive Boss Rock — thick, stubborn, and built to take a beating. But when it finally cracks open? There’s nothing quite like it.
Gem Codex — Fill out your collection as you unearth every mineral.
Mastery System — Permanent progression that makes every future swing stronger.
Hidden Treasures — Rare prizes buried somewhere in the rubble. You’ll have to dig to find them.

Very satisfactory game. I like the physics of the game and upgrading is also fun. The game is well balanced, sometimes it is rewarding to save minerals for a superb upgrade, but it never feels like a grind. When you go to a new level and need new mineral types, it becomes difficult again because the rocks are harder to break and spawn less often, which is a good thing. The game is very short though, it only has 3 non-boss levels and I finished it within 2 hours.
Why do you include a game mechanic that you seem to have designed your game against? The spinner multiplier is way to slow to benefit the current pull, spawns behind multiple ores later in the stage and when you finally get it high the stage will be mostly empty. This makes the whole mechanic frustrating instead of helpfull. Also why are drops able to land on the deviders and other ores? and despawn there? It had unfortunately happened at every stage reliably, way to often to be coincidence. Also fun when it is between 2 20 multipliers... Normally i would say 1 euro per 1 hour of entertainment is the worst deal, though still short. But in this case i would say it's not woth it.

I read several of the reviews before playing the game, so I went in with fairly low expectation. The game is nowhere near as bad as the reviews are saying. Yeah it's kind of generic and repetitive, and it's not very long, but the mechanics are solid, it's well paced, and the loop is fun. It's also cheap. You'll get a couple hours of enjoyment out of it. Not every game needs to revolutionize the genre. Definitely worth the price.
This game is at its best when everything on the screen is exploding and a lot of stuff is happening. Unfortunately, every new mine resets your progress, so instead of escalating the nonsense you're simply earning back the fun you already had in the first place. It's still a decent enough 2 hours for the price.
Fun little incremental game that blends mining with Plinko surprisingly well. Beat it in about 2.3 hours, but the progression was addicting enough to keep me hooked all the way through. I really enjoyed it and would love to see more levels added to extend the progression and continue ramping up the difficulty. Short, satisfying, and definitely worth a play.
