About
I am not a Doctor... But I know Pharmacology.
I am not a BSc Student... But I know Organic Chemistry.
I am not an MBA graduate... But I know Management.
I am not a CA... But I know Accounts.

Step behind the counter of your very own drugstore!
From validating prescriptions to managing complex inventory, every decision impacts your bottom line—and your reputation.
Take the role of the cashier, manager, accountant, and health consultant all in one person - the Pharmacist.

I will consider the welfare of humanity and the relief of suffering as my primary concerns.
The bell is ringing, and the queue is growing. Whether it's a life-saving prescription or a simple painkiller, it is your job to get the right product into the customer's hands.
Stock & Retrieve: Navigate your inventory to find specific pills, syrups, and ointments. If it's not on the shelf, you can't sell it!
Scan & Checkout: Manage the cash register, handle payments, and bag items efficiently to keep the line moving.
Process Prescriptions: Analyze, validate, and locate the correct medication on your shelves. Be wary of the fakes!

I will apply my knowledge, experience, and skills to the best of my ability to assure optimal outcomes for all patients.
Not everyone has their mind set on the exact medicine or comes in with a slip of paper.
Patients will arrive with colds, allergies, and aches, looking for your expertise. You are the expert—it's time to prove it.
Analyze Symptoms: Listen carefully to patient complaints. Whether it's a dry cough, a fever, or a mysterious rash, you need to identify the root cause.
Recommend the Right Cure: Sift through your knowledge of medications to suggest the right over-the-counter treatment.
Reputation is Everything: Providing the right advice boosts your Pharmacy Rating and earns customer loyalty.

I will embrace and advocate for changes that improve patient care.
You start in a cramped shop with limited stock. As you earn profit, reinvest it to build your vision. Keep your shelves stocked and your checkout lines short to achieve a 5-star rating.
Obtain Licenses: Unlock permits to sell new medicines and controlled substances.
Set Prices Accordingly: Balance profit margins against customer satisfaction. Mark up your bestsellers to make a quick buck, or offer discounts to build long-term loyalty. If you price-gouge too hard, customers will walk out dissatisfied and empty-handed.
Furnish and Expand Pharmacy: Start with a small floor plan and purchase more space to attract and accommodate more customers. Fill that space with new shelves to stock your medications and other furniture.
I promise to devote myself to a lifetime of service to others through the profession of pharmacy, in fulfilling this vow.

Reviews
Game given by devs for review and showcase the VOD for the showcase is at https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2782800293 Now for the review so you don't need to reread the VOD chat to see what i think: The game is very very early on. The basic gameplay is there most assuredly. Movement is a bit jittery but tolerable. A MASSIVE boon is the register. most of these games I rush to get an employee for the register because camera based control of the buttons and cash drawer hurt me. Delightfully this game zooms in on the pinpad or the cash drawer and is then mouse controlled. This was far more pleasant. Unlike many retail simulators deliveries are chaotic and humorous. An actual van makes the delivery. And then proceeds to do funnies. The game adds "papers please" like RX mechanics where you check prescriptions for validity and are rewarded or punished by success or failure. RX are kept in the back room away from the OTC drugs in the storefront. Customers will sometimes list symptoms and you go find what they need. This adds more to do than just stock the shelves and wait. The unfortunate is few number of total drugs so far but patches are adding in more. The max size of the pharmacy is woefully small but definitely fits all current drugs in large quantities so it is nae out of balance. Customers will shove things into the wrong shelf spots which is a nice but also irksome realism... like can i beat the customers? but I am nae mad at devs for that detail... it adds more to the game and feels more complete. I do wish they would add a lock shelf slot... when a slot is empty it is just empty so you have to constantly remember what you had there... having the ability to lock the label and unlock it would be great and customers could still out wrong items back in those spots adding another thing to keep an eye out for to make sure the slot has the right drugs. I hope the dev continues improving the game and will likely stream it again in the future when it is developed further.
