Persona 5 Royal

After finishing Metaphor (amazing game btw), I was interested in what the creators' past games were before they made Metaphor. When I saw this Persona franchise, my first thoughts were "not really interested in this Japanese high school setting game, a JRPG should have traditional fantasy elements". But when I saw this game on a all-time low discount of 80%, I knew I had to see what's all this hype about, and oh boy, my assumptions were wrong. First of all, I recognise many elements that were also in Metaphor, which makes gameplay easier to learn. The story is quite amazing, with many interesting lore and backgrounds of many people. The music is literal banger, Meguro never misses every beat (especially the final heist day of the Palace). This is geniuely one of the best JRPGs I've ever experienced, and I'm glad that I get to enjoy this game. Too peak that I'm currently doing NG+ now. Long story short, I already wishlisted P3R, P4R and the eventual P6. Can't wait to experience more peak in those games in the near future.
