Coming from someone who has only played fps games, this game is perfection.

Save someone from sexual harassment, go on probation and become a prisoner in my own mind so Gru puts me through rehab by making me beat up criminals. 10/10

While Persona series is a banger, it is made for a very niche JRPG diehard fanbase. This game has plenty of content (dont let my steam playtime fool you) but the main premise, the combat, gets very repetitive quickly (that can be felt even in the early hours of the game). Outside of combat, theres a fair amount of content, from side activities, such as a JOB, mini-games or spending time with other characters. The narrative itself is simple, yet cringe and sometimes absurd, as most persona games are, but this, imo, works in its favour. You can enjoy the story and not be overburdened by the overarching narrative. Also this game requires you to READ.... spell it out with me.... R-E-A-D, not for the faint of heart. 7/10

for real?

me and my friend were browsing the steam store one night and i was looking for game suggestions and he came up with this, (he already played it) and he told me to play it, i heard of the persona series before and i thought why not, people say its the best starter game for the franchise anyways. best 20$ spent in a while. this game gave me 100 hours on just the campaign, thats like a 5 hour game for like a dollar (excluding expierence and content variety). the story is kinda cheesy but its good and made me genuinely invested in the plot. the gameplay kinda unique but takes from alot of different games. the combat is really good but very simple, average turn based combat. the artstyle is amazing, 10/10 graphic design and its what mostly caught my eye the first time playing. if youre looking for a good, long game and dont want to spend a fortune like how most AAA games are, buy this on a sale when its like 70% off.
