Persona 4 Golden

Persona 4 falls flat on what it tries to do. It forgets that it's a murder mystery for most of the game, The character's development it backtracked and contradicted constantly, and the characters aren't enjoyable for that reason. Furthermore the Themes of the game end up contradicting the themes of the Persona series. It does not speak to me in any way when "reach out to the truth" just means "stay exactly the same as you were before and never change." This game tries to cover it's faults in manufactured nostalgia and I think they should have spent more time on making the story good.
