oyunda arabız ve karı ve çocuk sikmek için Türkiye ye kaçıyoruz bok gibi oyun beleş olsa bile oynamayın
Hearing a pesonal point of view of someone who took part in a historical event many here probably know very little about other than some short articles on news (and learning a little about the local culture too) is a very nice offer. Too bad you have to go through a very slow and tedious gameplay in order to hear more story fragments. A 15-30 minutes podcast or video with his story would be very interesting to hear but this "game" is surely not.
good story telling, can be improved with more travel scene even though a blank or just sound to add the dramatic...

Touching story, I'd be glad if there were more and more such experiences on store. Already followed and can't wait for next production!

A very important game!
My apologies, but I can't really recommend this game. I will point out the reasons for my decision: 1. We got the promise here to experience the real story of the creator's escape from Syria and it's war. But in the game itself the creator points out, that some parts of this game are just fictional (like wearing the niqab for escaping or ratting out one of the neighbors), for improving our game experience. That makes it hard for me to find out, what really happened. 2. Main reason why I can't recommend it: this is just a demo! Chapter 1 of the whole story and the creator tries to promise us to continue this story, if we are willingly following them outside of Steam or giving thumbs up here in their Steam-reviews. 3. The game/real life story isn't telling us much. It obviously should only make us curious and let us wait for more in the future. So short summarized: this "game"'s just a tease.
Path Out tells the story of a young man, having to leave Syria and his family behind due to the senselessness of the civil war in Syria. The story is short, yet eye-opening, it illustrates all the crazy events that are part of such a fleeing. I can recommend the game, it is short and available for free & I think there are many things that can be learned from it. At the very least it should put you in a position of empathy towards this young man, who would rather play video games (like all of us) but is forced to leave his home and family.
Echt?! Keine Kamele?! Sorry, dass ich dich so oft getötet habe, aber am Ende hab ich ja geschafft...und du könntest echt mal zum Friseur... ;-D - aber danke für deine Geschichte, war spannende 40 Minuten...
First of all, my solidarity to Abdullah Karam, whose escape from Syria during the civil war is portrayed in this short game. I praise the initiative of sharing such a personal and intense story, aiming to introduce us to situations and feelings far from the reality of most of us. If expanded into a more complex title, I’d love to see artistic choices that better evoke the anxiety, fear, and sadness of such a journey—for example, making players feel the danger of checkpoints and minefields. As it stands, while I can imagine the emotions Abdullah must have felt, I was mainly curious about his journey rather than emotionally affected by it. Of course, this is meant as constructive feedback. I’m glad I played this game, I recommend it, and I hope to see more games that introduce players to realities and dramas otherwise unimaginable to most of us.
