Path of Exile

I used macbook M5 to play and it's ok for many games, but this game is about 20-30fps with as low settings as possible with minimal resolution. First days of release this game wasn't playable at all because of textures issues. Don't wast time, this game is 15 years old but still very very raw and not tested properly and contain a lot of bugs and annoying UI/UX solutions and doesn't respect player at all. This game might be very good, but now it's still too raw. GGG just can't get something decent - just add new raw content every league and make overall experience worse and worse. Yo won't see amazing graphics but fps get down every league. Don't play it guys, here is my advise.

Fun hack and slash. I can see why it was so popular back in the day. Its free-2-play now and worth your time if you want to give it a shot. Difficulty is pretty easy, you find a lot of loot that gives you insane stat boosts. Playing a tank class and only a few bosses came even close to killing me. System is very forgiving, so you can use any equipment as long as you have the stats. Good old school fun.

I gave this a real shot and it didn't work for me, for two specific reasons. The visuals are far too bland. Everything is brown and gray sludge, and after a while I genuinely couldn't tell what was happening on screen. The bigger problem is the passive tree. It's overwhelmingly complex and effectively locked in — the respec costs are punishing enough that a bad early choice follows you for the rest of the character. That combination is rough. If a system is going to be that intricate, I should be able to experiment with it. Instead the game expects you to read a guide before you start, and I'm not interested in that. Clearly works for a lot of people. Not for me.
