Earth, once bountiful, was nearly depleted of its ability to sustain life. Humankind grew increasingly desperate to find an unlimited source of energy to rely upon. Brilliant minds around the world assembled for the sake of Earth's salvation. At a loss for alternatives, they began experimenting with fission augmented by anti-matter. In their haste, they unleashed catastrophe on an unprecedented scale. Fleeing certain death, the mass exodus of Earth began. This course led to the inception of five parallel streams.

The Earthen, a civilization of those left behind, remained and cultivated a thriving society through patience and perseverance. Protect the earth with unrivaled defensive capabilities. Enforce peace, or use the strength gifted by the cataclysmic priming to dictate the flow of battle.

The Kathari developed groundbreaking enhancements to the human genome deep below the frigid surface of Jupiter's moon, Europa. Copy and clone your way to victory with overwhelming numbers. Field cutting edge genetic science to unleash a whole host of symbiotic units.

The Marcolians, in pursuit of absolute supremacy rose and promptly laid claim to the entire red planet of Mars. Wield lightning fast aggression as well as a plethora of devastating fire support and armored vehicles in your relentless assault.

The Augencore found refuge on their foundry ship Caine-1, augmenting themselves for deep space travel. Utilize the iconic war machines of the Augencore. Pilot mechs into combat or bionically enhance your units through upgrades until none can withstand.

The Shroud, a mysterious presence in the universe– whereabouts currently unknown. Devastate those who oppose through manipulating the battlefield and unleashing powerful late game units.
For 10,000 years each Parallel would advance their way of life far beyond the constraints of Earth. New homes that were once considered fiction, became reality. However, at last, the spark that humankind had kindled on Earth those millennia ago has ignited into the unlimited power source that was promised, calling each Parallel back home. This energy-rich invitation brings new conflict, as each Parallel believes Earth is theirs to claim.

Parallel TCG is a sophisticated evolution of the digital card game genre. Having spent over 1800 hours in the game since alpha and coming from a high-level background in Magic: The Gathering and Hearthstone (multi-season Legend), I can confidently say this is the most innovative TCG on the market right now. The World and Lore The game is set 10,000 years after a failed energy experiment forced humanity to flee Earth. Five distinct factions (Parallels) have evolved in the far reaches of the solar system, and they are now returning home to claim a newly discovered energy source. The dark sci-fi world-building is immersive, and the card art is, in my opinion, the absolute best in the industry. It feels like a premium experience from the moment you open the client. The Banking System: A Resource Revolution Parallel solves the "mana screw" of MTG and the passive automation of Hearthstone with its banking system. You can choose to "bank" any card from your hand once per turn to increase your permanent energy pool. This adds a massive layer of strategy: do you keep your high-cost board clear for later, or bank it now to ensure you stay on curve? Every turn is a meaningful tactical trade-off. Paragons and Deck Identity Each deck is led by a Paragon. These aren't just cosmetic choices. They provide passive abilities that define your deck's archetype. Most Paragons can also be deployed to the board as powerful units. This system provides a level of consistency and flavor that makes deck building feel incredibly rewarding. The Path Forward If there is one area for improvement, it is action queueing. Currently, you often have to wait for one animation to finish before inputting the next command, which can slightly slow down the pace of play. However, the developers have confirmed that action queueing is on the roadmap. Final Verdict If you are tired of the same old mechanics and want a deep, beautiful, and strategically complex TCG, Parallel is it. It rewards good decisions, is fun to play for casual gamers and offers a high skill ceiling for competitive players. Highly recommended.

It can be fun, it can be frustrating, but that is how TCGs are. But fun decks are usually playable on this game and that matters to me. Other TCGs are so full of meta, while this allows some breathing room to experiment on queue. Been playing this on Epic Games platform. wishlisted this on Steam since it was announced. Got it. tried it. love it. Thank you team!
I've been playing Parallel for over a year through their own client. This is the single best TCG outside of MTG and Hearthstone. One of my favorite pieces is the "Banking" mechanic. It has the strategic use of cards for energy (mana) like MTG land cards, but also the "scale from 1 - 10" aspect from Hearthstone. So you have the slow escalation, with a stop at 10, so turns don't scale out of control, yet the strategy of using cards in your deck as your resource. 40 card decks make decks more consistent than MTG, without "flooding" or droughts, while still being forced to pivot when you had a sub-optimal banking options in hand. It is one of the singular differences between average and pro players. It DOES have minor bugs, but these are fixable as all bugs are. The lore is amazing. I have not enjoyed in-game lore like this in a long time. Great concepts for factions, cool "commander" style deck archetypes that really make each deck, even within the same faction, feel completely different. Overall, this game is VERY well done. AAA TCG being ran by a small studio, it's impressive to say the least.
Big fan of the game as a lifelong TCG player, thousands of hours logged on their Epic Games client prior to Steam Release. One of the most interesting mechanics is their 'mana' system, banking. Each turn to make your 'Mana Crystal' (Think Hearthstone) called energy in this game you have to 'bank' one of the cards in your hand (effectively removing it from the game barring specific cards that interact with the bank zone). This puts an incredibly impactful decision point into almost every turn and is quite rewarding to master. There is clearly a ton of TCG experience on the team with interesting mechanics and interactions, all the usual archetypes are present (Aggro, Control, Mid-Range, Combo, etc..) so you won't be shoehorned into any specific strategy. I'd describe the play as somewhere between MTG and Early Hearthstone, which is perfect for my tastes. At time of writing the biggest negative is simply playerbase causing longer than preferable queue times (I see anywhere from 10s-5m higher up on the ranked ladder). Hopefully we see some improvement there with Steam Release and as they exit their late beta and we might be early to a refreshing take on the Genre. If you're a TCG fan well worth the time to explore and follow.
This game is amazing, been playing forever. You can gain cards by playing, no need to purchase any NFTs to really enjoy this game. The artwork is insane. The lore is incredible (could be a movie trilogy). The updates are great, team continues to improve the game with new cards, U/I updates, and changes to make the meta constantly change. This is THE game I've probably played more than anything I've ever played and that is saying something.
Interesting mechanics.
I wont even start on how boring the game is, what interests me more are the cleary fake postivie steam reviews. but that all doesnt matter, no one plays this game anyway. only thing good about this game is that the card artstyle kinda had potential. But all ohter aspects of this game are just half baked asf.
Love the fake reviews lmao.... Game doesn't even work through steam, would love to leave a review of the game but you know...
First of all, what I don't understand are the two red noobs from the first two reviews - they've spent 10min in the game however thy claim they were so lame they couldn't even spent 15sec to create an account, yet they comment on the game... That being said, regarding their other claim of fake reviews, this is not the case because I know the guys recommending Parallel from the game. How's that ? This is because Parallel has one of the strongest and supportive gaming communities out there. The support between the players and the financial support of the competitions is unheard of for this scale of a game {the last World Cup had a 160k USD price pool}. Now regarding the game it self. It is the best modern TCG on the market currently and I'm a veteran fan of TCG games. What is absolutely refreshing is the mana/ banking system that brings another tactical layer to the game and at the same time prevents you from having mana screws or mana floods. The game is being tuned on a regular basis, and although there is some space for improvements {especially on the PR and marketing side imo}, if you are looking for a fully F2P, no Pay to Win competitive TCG, this is the one you need to try.
[YOUTUBER] Full troll game! good thing you MONEY HUNGRY DEVELOPERS did not rested '' the progress '' and all the 1000 cards that the players that are playing this game from before release date... because you want this to happen, you want new players to join and then that they see the opponents got advantage in cards and then that the new players BUY CARDPACKS to merely be close in deck strength against the players that played this game for over a YEAR already. as I have seen and SHOWN ON THE VIDEO I JUST MADE ABOUT THIS GAME > it is that you have some CARD PACK COLLECTION FROM 2025 , oh, how is that possible you would ask? the game lunched on 29apr 2026... this is not only at this game , it happens in many other games! IT IS TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE!
