Not recommended, but has a lot of potential. This feels like a late stage prototype. There are a bunch of building options, a heavy focus on resident happiness and lots of neat little moving parts. Where it falls short for me is the lack of usability. The camera controls are clunky, menu navigation and basic UI functions seem bare bones and there needs to be more tooltips. It is worth a look if you are curious, but it will take some time to get the hang of things.
