If you're wondering if this had anything worth grieving about losing, no. Museum+ is a good replacement.

Does not work with a proper 4-way USB joystick, only with 360 Controller or keyboard. 360 controller is useless on Pac-Man to an oldskooler compared to a proper 4-way, so... uninstalled. Also it's one of those games that likes to completely take over your screens, set your primary LCD to trash non-native modes, and re-arrange and re-size all of your windows in the background. Let's face it, that kind of behavior hasn't been acceptable since the Windows XP days.
