About
Orbita is a physics-based sandbox game focused on experimentation, discovery, and automation.
Orbs of different elements drift through space, influenced by gravity, momentum, and collisions. When orbs interact, they can merge, split, transform, or trigger chain reactions, creating entirely new materials with unique behaviors.
Upgrade Tree
• After unlocking a few elements, you will gain access to the Black Hole Upgrade Tree
• Upgrades include automation improvements, delivery bonuses, tool enhancements, and unlockable technology
• New upgrades will slowly reveal themselves as you discover elements, complete deliveries, and progress deeper.
Delivery Missions
• Once you made some progress in the game, every few minutes an interstellar visitor will arrive requesting resources
• Deliver the requested element to earn race-specific tokens
• Tokens can be used in each race’s shop to purchase unique and powerful tools
• As you complete deliveries, new alien races will appear with their own rewards and technologies

I'm too dumb for this game but it has a lot of cool mechanics
Nice game - figuring stuff out trying without the hints, There is a bug atm though - when i delete an item i bought with tera tokens - i dont get the tokens back. meaning the tokens i get from the missions are single use edit: not a bug apperently, you get in return what you bought and not the tokens. anyways nice game
how on earth did i play this for 3 hours. great little game

It's simple, but keeps you coming back. It does a good job combining elements of an automation / factory game with those of an incremental game. Developer is active in pushing out new updates and content, and responding on the Discord server. Would recommend.
Suprising little physicals automation puzzle game, very fun.
I really liked this game. I hadn’t played this type of game before, so it felt even more experimental. I really enjoyed organizing and collecting the materials I found before progressing, to make the missions more structured. I also really enjoyed building farms that run continuously.
A very good game for chilling and practicing being a god
I'm really enjoying Orbita, I can't wait to discover a new element or resource
Just imagine shapez 2, but with these differences:

Instead of a huge map you have a small area
Instead of conveyor belts you have "wind" that pushes stuff in a general direction
Instead of infinite resources you have a tedious grind to accumulate even the basic one
In a vacuum this game would get an easy thumbs up, because automation and pushing around floaty orbs is indeed fun - but the game doesn't exist in a vacuum, so it has to compare to alternatives. But I haven't given up on it since it is Early Access, and cheating is comparatively easy, given the easy to read/edit json save file. A few suggestions to the dev:

Make blue orbs scale faster, like, way faster. Even with the green ones it is a slog to get anything noteworthy going.
Add upgrades to increase level of manually spawned orbs. Having to click 64 times (+dragging for merging) to create a single water orb becomes old quickly.
Add upgrades to allow spawning different elements. (Although these can be expensive to maintain balance)
Don't only show the grid, but make stuff snap to it - what's the point of it otherwise?
Explain moving/copying/blueprinting somewhere. Given you are guiding players through the controls, you set up the expectation that you actually explain all of the important ones; Had I not looked into the settings, I wouldn't have known there is copy&paste and blueprints in the game.
Same with moving around selections, not directly clear one can actually move around a bunch of nodes at once.
