As much as I love BlackThornProd's previous games as well as his fantastic YouTube channel, I have to say that this game feels like a rushed cash-grab hidden under a cute art style. The first major problem is that the tutorial only works with two or more players which, while it isn't a problem for people playing the multiplayer, for solo players you don't know how to play unless you downloaded a demo off of itch.io from a few months ago. Luckily, I had done so which meant I was able to play the game but there are more problems ahead. The next major problem is with the levels (solo). There is no balancing what so ever in these maps. Basically, there is no enemy limit on any of the maps meaning that, unless you are constantly - and I mean constantly - picking up 'power-ups' and using them against the enemies, it literally becomes unbeatable as usually they end up swarming around the middle of the map which is where all the 'power-ups' spawn meaning that you can't kill them or even shoot at the enemy base. Plus, one enemy type spawns more mini-enemies which just makes it even more unplayable. The next issue is tied to the last one but still should be said. The maps are way too small which results in not being able to effectively move around them and dodge enemies. Again, this just results in a unfair and not enjoyable level. It should be noted that I have only played the single-player parts. So I can't comment on the multiplayer with experience. Apparently the issue with team mode not working (was here before edit) was just a misunderstanding of how many players were required so not a problem. I also just want to point out that the game is extremely small which I guess isn't as big of a problem as it would be with their other games as this one is local multiplayer focused but I've played 5 of the 11 solo levels and I've played for 19 minutes. While having a small game isn't usually a problem, when coupled with the bugs and issues it is. Another issue is that there is saving issues for some levels in the single-player mode which isn't good at all. I believe you can still get past them if you carry on without going back to the menu but that doesn't excuse this issue. One final thing to mention is that it lacks any steam achievements at the time of writing this which, again, isn't a problem by itself but (ignoring the bugs) considering how small this game is and its price, would've been nice. As a BlackThornProd fan, it hurts knowing that they'd be happy with putting out an unbalanced and buggy game. Maybe if they fix it and add some more content - as it is very bare-bones and not worth the price at the moment - I will pay for it again and change my review, but for now I don't think you should get it. I'm sorry but I will not recommend this game. Edit: I just want to remind anyone who thinks I'm just being harsh to know that I reviewed and recommended Dashing Fire (their previous game). If you want to see what i said about that, just go onto my reviews and you should be able to find it. I also just want to add that while there are a few good things about it, they are hardly noticeable under the issues above, hence why I forgot mention them. Edit 2: Just updated the review as BlackThornProd provided some new information.

stupidest pos game i ever done plaid
I honestly love this game. It has that sporty feel and the rounds are super short which all in all makes it really addicting. At least for me lol. It's got a couple bugs I'll admit but I still think it's worth it.
its good but its SO HARD
The game is overall fun! I enjoyed it however the single player mode was lacking in the number of players but it is VERY artistically amazing, I haven't found any bugs and the only things I would change would be the animation for the end of each level seems like it just pops up, which is fine but I think there could be something to make it look a little better idk; the other thing would be the aforementioned more single player levels. Very simple but amazing game. It isn't super stressful most of the time but when playing with others, prepare to lose some friends and make some enemies XD. 9/10
um jogo muito bom mais poderia ter tela para windows 10 mas fora isso o jogo é um dos melhores que já joguei.
For the price, it's worth it. Not a game you'll spend loads of time on, it's clear to see the play of the game after a few minutes. There's a few bugs I've noticed like not being able to return to the main menu. I've also had an issue where it shows the inputs for a different controller type which was confusing at the beginning of the game. There also seems to be no option for fullscreen, this could be wrong but if it is the case, it is fairly inconvenient due to it being a heavily local multiplayer game. The game looks amazing, colours are vibrant and the effects work well. Whilst the game looks amazing, it's actually pretty tough. Considering the game mainly appeals to a younger, family-friendly, audience, I feel that the game is a bit too challenging. It took me a good few tries only on the second level. There isn't really much of a progression system since you can play any level without having to progress through previous levels. Overall, Olobollo is a fun game to pick up now and then for a laugh with a few friends with it's amazing graphic style and is very local multiplayer friendly, appealing to all audiences. Worth a purchase.
Its a really well thought out game with a very fun mechanic, though i can only really recommend this game to someone with friends that also have or can easily get this game to play with them, because the single player potion is not bad, but its also not amazing. But for 6 dollars what do you have to loose :)
