Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Why do I have to pull the entire front axle to remove the driveshaft? The game creator has obviously never worked on a real vehicle in their life.
I got this game because I thought it would be fun to tinker with a Jeep. The issue is that in order to get he Jeep (Yeep) you'll need to do races. I'm not interested in that at all. The title is Offroad Mechanic Simulator, not Offroad Simulator. I thought going offroad was a side thing. I got to level 10 and then found out that I'd need to do 10 races, to the receive an invitation to do a special race. After doing my first race after hitting 10, I uninstalled the game. No what I wanted to do with this game at all. I learned about some car parts. So, that cool, I guess. Also, the game is insanely laggy. I would have put up with that though if I could just worked on the Jeep. It would probably be best if your vehicles where stored "offsite." The game lagged like crazy when going into the garage. I played another simulator, "Mech Mechanic." That game crashed less when selling all unneeded parts. I tried to do the same with this, but the lag was still bad. Turning in jobs also seemed to take way too long.
hell yeah, this game is fun, it has realisitic suspension, and dont worry, it has freeroam (free ride), after you do the first level to 2-3 times, you unlock free ride, and your a mechanic, you can fix cars, modify them, and this is a refrence to car mechanic simulator.
Game is fun but after about level 7 turning in quests lags hard. At level 11 game will freeze up while saving or turning in jobs. The jobs are all pretty much Powerwash sim for cars with just a few actual mechanic sim parts in between. The trails are fun but to get to a point where you can traverse them all (car built) cost a lot and flooding the vehicle will take a while to get it fixed as the engine replacements are very expensive.
(Unable to save), I played for a few hours and clicked save. The next day, when I entered the game, I found that the save was gone. I still have to start from scratch, isn't that ridiculous?
Offroad Mechanic Simulator is a hybrid simulation experience developed by Image Power S.A. and GameFormatic S.A., and published by Image Power S.A., PlayWay S.A., and HeartBeat Games. It sets out to merge two closely related but often separately treated fantasies: the meticulous, hands-on work of vehicle restoration and modification, and the rugged thrill of testing those machines in unforgiving off-road environments. Rather than focusing exclusively on one side, the game’s identity is built around the idea that mechanical knowledge only truly matters once it is proven in mud, rocks, and uneven terrain. The core of the experience begins in the workshop, where players take on contracts that range from basic repairs to full-scale off-road transformations. Vehicles arrive in varying states of disrepair or incompleteness, and it’s up to you to diagnose problems, replace worn parts, and install upgrades suited to harsh driving conditions. Suspension components, drivetrains, tires, engines, and specialized off-road equipment all play a role, and the game does a solid job of conveying how each choice affects performance. Budget constraints add a layer of strategy, forcing you to balance optimal builds against financial efficiency, especially in the early stages when funds are limited and mistakes are costly. Progression is structured through a career system that gradually introduces more complex jobs and tougher expectations. Early tasks ease players into the mechanics, but later contracts demand a deeper understanding of vehicle behavior and part synergy. There is a genuine sense of satisfaction in taking a battered or underperforming vehicle and methodically turning it into something capable and reliable. While the mechanical depth is not as granular as some hardcore simulators, it strikes a middle ground that remains approachable while still rewarding attention to detail and thoughtful planning. Once a vehicle is completed, the game shifts from the calm, methodical pace of the workshop to the unpredictable nature of off-road driving. Test drives are not optional set pieces but a fundamental part of the loop, allowing you to experience firsthand how your mechanical decisions perform under pressure. Mud slows progress, inclines test torque and traction, and rocky paths punish poor suspension choices. The driving model emphasizes weight and resistance rather than speed, encouraging careful throttle control and patience. While it does not aim for extreme realism, the physics are convincing enough to reinforce the idea that preparation in the garage directly translates to success in the field. The environments themselves are varied and visually appealing, featuring forests, trails, hills, and muddy expanses that feel purpose-built for testing off-road machines. They are not vast open worlds, but they are designed to present specific challenges that highlight vehicle strengths and weaknesses. Visually, the game prioritizes clarity and function. Vehicles are detailed enough to make modifications feel tangible, and the workshop space is cleanly laid out, making it easy to track tasks and parts without unnecessary clutter. The sound design complements this with functional engine noises and environmental effects that reinforce immersion without drawing attention away from gameplay. Over longer sessions, the game’s structure can begin to feel repetitive. The loop of accept job, repair or upgrade vehicle, test drive, and repeat remains largely unchanged, and while new parts and tougher challenges keep things interesting for a time, there is limited variety in mission objectives. This repetition will be more noticeable to players seeking narrative progression or dramatic shifts in gameplay, but for simulation fans who enjoy routine and mastery, the predictability can be part of the appeal. Community reception reflects this balance of strengths and limitations. Many players appreciate the niche focus and the satisfaction of seeing mechanical work pay off in real terrain, while others note a lack of long-term content depth and occasional rough edges in polish. Still, the game succeeds in delivering a coherent vision: a simulator where mechanical knowledge is not abstract, but something you actively validate through challenging conditions. Overall, Offroad Mechanic Simulator is best suited for players who enjoy hands-on vehicle customization and the tangible feedback of driving what they’ve built. It may not redefine either the mechanic simulator or off-road driving genres on its own, but by combining them into a single, unified experience, it offers something distinctive. For those who find satisfaction in both tightening bolts and crawling through mud to see if their work holds up, it provides a grounded, methodical, and often rewarding journey from workshop floor to rugged trail.
