Keeps my vocab up It does disappoint me when some of my words are not accepted right out of Webster while some nonsense words are???
Love the bot It’s really no different than any other scrabble mimicking app except that it has the analysis bot. I love the review. I learn new words from it and strategies. It’s great
Miss the feedback part of WWF I don’t love other things about WWF, but I loved seeing how close I was to the best word, and then finding out what that was after I didn’t play it. I learned a lot from that. Otherwise, love it.
CROSSPLAY ENJOY THE CHALLENGES And MENTAL GYMNASTICS
Mixed feelings For me the approved and unapproved words are questionable? In the easy and medium game I easily beat the computer. I have learned to just put letters in high value places and put other letters around them until you get the green point box. Playing with friends is great fun however my 3 matches with folks the computer choose-impossible! So best block, takes lots of Dint(an approved word)
Person who goes first gets extra turn Should be same amount of turns or at least should get an extra turn if someone is forcing you to play this stupid game with them.
Thatngga Honestly great game
Reasonable approximation of Scrabble In an ideal world, the actual, original game of Scrabble would be available as an online option (maybe NYT can forge an alliance with Milton Bradley to make that possible?). Until then, Crossplay is a wholly decent substitute.
“Latin” isn’t a word?? Love the app and how easy it is to use - and no ads!!! However, I just tried playing “Latin” and it said it wasn’t a word. Like how? 😅
Anonymous The adds make me not want to play and same with my family who plays so maybe fix that
