Nyanco Project

I wondered why there was an EULA that you had to agree to before launching the game, and then I saw why. Hopefully this game stays up, given the fact that its free, there shouldn't be any lawsuits. This is a great game for anyone who's an anime fan. And it's a sequel to Nyanco. If you don't own Nyanco, go buy it. And join the Nyanco Channel group. Don't be embarrassed. It's better to embrace your inner Nyanco. Nya nya~

RPG Maker strikes again! Nyanco Project is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel JRPG ripoffs spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction with no purpose other than to inflate the ego of a craptastic, oxygen stealing Youtuber. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. This isn't a sincerely made game, it's a demo/joke starring a crap Youtuber and intended to promote their channel. Absolutely nothing in this game was designed with gamers in mind. The positive reviews for the game all come from Youtube simps hoping their sempai e-girl will notice them. And yet somehow this is on Steam, so I have to review it. And I wish it wasn't. There's nothing here for serious gamers, it's garbage. It's free, sure, but so is cancer. Crap like this is not harmless, either. This garbage pollutes the Steam marketplace and makes it harder for genuine developers to promote their games, and it makes it harder for gamers to find genuine games they will like. This should be removed from Steam.
