This game gave a more darker tone at the end. One of the best games I ever brought.

I came into this game with the mindset of someone trying to clear old games out of a backlog, initially intent upon following a guide for dialogue choices and holding down the skip button. What I ended up doing was reading the stories and taking the time to appreciate the excellent writing and characters within. _____________ It's true, this game is delisted and unavailable to purchase, but it has also been [h2]relisted.[/h2] Apparently the only reason for this was a publisher change, so the relisted game, which you can find here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1289060/No_One_But_You/ ...is identical to this game in almost every way. Same story, same achieves, just no steam cards (no big loss there). Essentially, [h2]this review applies to both this delisted game, and the one you can buy.[/h2] _____________ This VN plays out much like any other - male MC, various girls to choose from in terms of pursuing a relationship with, good endings and bad endings. The art is decent, the characters are unique, and unlike some games that go over-the-top with unrealistic teasing and ridiculous situations, the stories make a lot of sense and often get quite dark (ie, murder and death) and mysterious. As is the norm with VNs with multiple endings, choices play a big part in progression, and after the first playthrough I like to follow a guide, mostly so I'm not wasting my time dithering about not knowing what I'm doing. I'm sure there's a certain logic to the choices but in most VNs I usually struggle with getting all endings. There are some really heart-rending moments in this game, but I feel it could have been made even more powerful with quality voice acting. Unfortunately there were disputes with voice actors during development and they ended up cutting out voice acting altogether. This applies to both the delisted game and the one available to purchase. Ultimately I recommend the game, but if you own this one I'd say don't bother with the one currently available as it is identical. It's true I've skipped a lot of what I've played already so my play time isn't accurate, but I'll definitely be coming back to this game to read again soon.

Terrible company, but I did like the story. (Although it got a little too dramatic at parts.) Chinatsu is best girl.

Cute simple story line in the beginning, but once you choose a character to end up with, your route becomes a lot more interesting. The stories are real nice, and get really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ depressing. So far I've finished the both good and bad endings of 3 girls, and each one of them gives a pretty intense feeling when learning the backstory behind each character and seeing the darkest parts of their lives. some of the characters in the beginning may seem a bit to simple, like the classic generic shy girl, the perverted male friend, the overly flirty and "oh so exciting and different in pervy ways" female character, but their final stories really sell it. I personally realy really like studying story developement, I work on making my own manga, and am looking to be a penciler for comics, and so I really like to look into the story, the characters, and the layout of these kind of things, and personally I think they did a good job, especially once you actually get a route going.

i like it, but i only played five hours and just now reached the relationship ending with yui, with some dead cats and the complete and utter disregard for my other friens in the last 2 hours (all ingame of course) is that a good ending or should i try again?

Honestly I wouldn't mind drowning a few cats instead of getting shot.
