whenever i open up the phone in the game, i get a massive lag spike that is sub 1-fps. Despite that, i've managed to play the game for 60 hours. Absolutely ass.

Oyun aradığımız japon sokak yarışlarını ve gelişmeyi sunuyor ama yalnızca demoyu oynadım. Fazla birşey diyemem. Eğer zamanım olsaydı kendisini alıp oynardım.
Great game so far (for a prologue/an early access). Hopefully development will speed up now that more devs are onboard, immense potential.
I Owe My Soul to a 90s Loan Shark and I Love It
Do you want to experience the absolute terror of losing your entire life savings because you clipped a civilian box truck at 3:00 AM? If yes, this is your game. NIGHT-RUNNERS PROLOGUE is a psychological horror game disguised as a 90s Japanese street racing simulator. After 22 hours, my brain is permanently fried by VHS camera filter grain and high-speed existential dread.
The PA Social Hierarchy: A Summary
The gameplay loop is simple: you buy a literal dumpster on wheels from an auction house, drive to the local Parking Area (PA), and pray nobody notices how broke you are.

The Walk of Shame: Physically walking around the PA trying to initiate a race is high school cafeteria simulator all over again. You have to approach drivers and manually pitch wagers.
The Aura Is Real: Ranking up isn't about numbers; it's about surviving the sheer, unadulterated aura of the crew leaders. You stroll up to a boss car and their presence alone makes you want to apologize for even looking at their taillights.
The 37-0 God Complex: I am currently sitting on a flawless 37-0 record using nothing but my 1989 Sannis Livisa 200RS. At this point, my own aura in the PA is so massive it generates its own gravity well. Local racers see my headlights entering Tatsumi and immediately start sweating through their tracksuits.
Psychological Warfare: Crew members talk absolute trash—until you put 40 car lengths on them with a 6-speed manual transmission. Winning a battle and watching a boss's massive aura evaporate into pure pixelated salt is the ultimate dopamine hit.
The "Double or Nothing" Gamble: The game knows exactly how to exploit human greed. You win a race by a millisecond, your heart is beating out of your chest, and the AI asks if you want to bet your entire bank account again. Keeping a 37-0 record intact means my blood pressure spikes to dangerous levels every single night. One wrong turn or a bad shift in the Livisa and the streak dies.

Why You Will Lose 22 Hours of Your Life:

Debt Simulator: You start the game in massive debt to a shady dude who will absolutely take your keys away if you don't perform. Nothing motivates you to stay undefeated like impending financial ruin.
Granular Masochism: You don't just "upgrade engine." You buy specific gauges, adjust tire widths, and manually monitor your oil temperature because your radiator is currently held together by digital duct tape.
The Soundtrack Slaps: The music shifts dynamically based on your RPM. It makes you feel like an absolute highway god right up until the exact moment you almost ruin your perfect record on a guardrail.

Final Verdict:
It is a brutal, hypnotic masterpiece built by a solo dev that completely shames multi-million dollar racing studios. Come for the cars, stay for the crushing financial anxiety and boss aura battles. 11 / 10 (My loan shark is terrified of my Livisa 200RS now)
