Probably my favorite quote in the game is when one of the characters remarks about his boyfriend, "you know how you want to go and stand in a corner sometimes?... Gregg's my corner." This work of art is my corner and comfort game. When I dropped out of college Mae was my most comforting comfort character of all time. The sound track is nostalgic to like a place I know I've never been but keep trying to return to. And the town of Possum Springs is like a memory, with all the characters living and breathing. Night in the Woods has had an overwhelming presence in a long part of my life and I wouldn't be the same person I am now without it. I highly recommend playing!

One of my favorite games of all time. The music, the visuals, the characters, the story, it all comes together to pierce directly into my soul. At the end of everything, hold on to anything.
