Newton Going Home

[h1]*Newton Going Home* - Schnell, der Flieger wartet![/h1] Die Katze Newton hat sich während eines gemeinsamen Urlaubs mit seinem Herrchen selbstständig gemacht und dabei auf der Urlaubsinsel verlaufen. Nun wartet der Besitzer am Flughafen und wir müssen dafür sorgen, dass Newton dort heil ankommt. Das Spielprinzip dabei ist einfach. Durch richtiges Austauschen der sechseckigen Teile per Mausklick müssen wir dem Kätzchen einen begehbaren Weg schaffen. Dabei müssen wir darauf achten, alle auf der Wegstrecke platzierten Leckerlies einzusammeln, Newton soll ja nicht hungrig bei seinem Herrchen ankommen. Insgesamt 51 Level müssen wir so lösen. Alle paar Level ändert sich das Inselthema. Vom Strand und den Tropen geht es auf eine Vulkaninsel, dann wird es winterlich und zum Schluss erwarten uns Wälder und Berge. Das schafft Abwechslung fürs Auge. Für den moderat ansteigenden Schwierigkeitslevel sorgen Teile mit Kreuzungen oder auch Höhenunterschiede, die mit Rampen überwunden oder durch Brücken miteinander verbunden werden können. Ab und zu schlängelt sich zudem auch ein unüberwindbarer Fluss durch die Landschaft, der ebenfalls richtig zusammengesetzt werden muss. Eine gewisse Hilfestellung bei der Streckenplanung bieten feststehende Teile, die nicht verschoben werden können. Dadurch bleibt der Schwierigkeitsgrad trotz steigender Komplexität relativ niedrig und ist damit auch für Ungeübte sehr gut machbar. "Newton Going Home" bietet ein entspanntes Puzzlevergnügen mit angenehmer musikalischer Untermalung und einfacher, aber ansprechender Grafik. Ich persönlich liebe es, Hexfelder zu tauschen. Wer daran ebenso Spaß hat, erhält hier ein tolles kleines Spiel. Just finished the game, so as you can see its a short one. But its a lovely game and worth the money. If anything, I wish that it was longer and with harder levels.

I really enjoyed this relaxing game. At first I thought the levels might be too easy, but a few of them took me a bit to figure out. The controls are simple and smooth, and visually it's very cute. I think the five different island styles are adorable, and the variety is nice. I had a lot of fun completing the rivers in addition to the levels, so I wish rivers were present in more volcanic, glacial, and forest levels. I was hoping to stumble onto a couple lava/frozen rivers lol. For 50+ levels, it's a great value, so no need to wait for a sale. :)

This game is great! Extremely good value for what I spent (I got it 40% off on sale). Wonderful puzzle game with a lot of levels and unique pieces as you progress. Great job!

A relaxed and casual puzzle game that is satisfying and not frustrating. Tile swapping is much more fun than tile sliding. Added dynamics include elevated area and 6 road intersections. Probably obvious to everyone else but it took me a while to realize you can change the perspective by holding down the right mouse button and scrolling. Easy achievements. Edsger Dijkstra might not like it because you definitely aren't finding the shortest path. Hexagon enthusiasts should enjoy it.

A game with a good atmosphere, nice graphics and music. The challenge gradually increases. Recommend!

O jogo em si em muito bom, tem uma boa premissa, tem cenários e modelos 3D que casam com a atmosfera. Gostaria de deixar meu feedback mais técnico ao desenvolvedor: Começando pela página da loja, poderia melhorar as artes, cápsulas, descrição poderia ter alguns gifs, imagens, etc. O trailer está pouco atrativo, mostrando detalhadamente os principais pontos da gameplay. Em se tratando da gameplay, alguns pontos precisam de um certo retoque, um ajuste fino que poderá melhorá muito a experiência do jogador. Por exemplo, o hitbox das peças parece estar maior que a própria peça, muitas vezes eu distaciei o ponteiro do mouse da peça e ainda parecia estar tendo colisão do mouse. Também senti falta do famoso "how to play" no game. A priori não consegui identificar qual botão deixava de selecionar a peça já selecionada. A movimentação da câmera poderia ser feita com o mouse, esta solução de movimentar por UI não me pareceu a melhor. O gato poderia se movimentar um pouco mais rapidamente, as vezes fica meio entediante esperar vários segundos para o gato atravessar o mapa. Por diversas vezes o avião que passa de tempos em tempos estava voando de lado estilo caranguejo. Bom, espero que o desenvolvedor consiga extrair da minha análise aquilo que ele julgar construtivo e possa melhorar esses pontos para que este jogo fique bem feitinho. São pequenos pontos mas acredito que deixariam este jogo bem redondinho, ou é só preciosismo meu. Ademais, jogo bem feito. Desejo bons resultados ao desenvolvedor.

Süßes Spiel für zwischendurch. Es ist entspannend, weil man eigentlich nicht verlieren kann. Niedliche Idee die Katze nach Hause zu bringen und typisch Katze nimmt sie natürlich keinen direkten Weg. Die Grafik ist nett, die Puzzle am Ende werden durch viele Teile etwas komplexer, sind mit ein wenig rumprobieren/nachdenken aber gut zu lösen. Könnte für Kinder oder für Konzentrationsübungen ganz nett sein. Nach 3,3 Stunden war ich durch, für den Preis finde ich das ok.

前までは画面の角度が変えられず、段差や立体物の裏側が見にくくてストレスだったのですが 右クリック押しながらマウスを動かすと上下と左右それぞれでマップを動かせるようになってたのでストレス無くプレイできるようになってました。ステージを進めていくとギミックが増えていきますが、難易度も特に高くなく、気軽に遊べると思います。

nice puzzle game with a consistent idea, matching graphics, music & UI. solving the puzzle level after level with increasing difficulty & complexity means exchanging two tiles against each other, so a path forms for the cat named Newton to get home. it's the same mechanics as in the two puzzle games by Mens Sana Interactive, Island Cities & Island Farmer, which i enjoyed a lot. Newton Going Home is as fun to play.
